The tom picked his herbs back up and headed for the med cat den. He felt like eyes were watching him from all spaces, even StarClan, so he looked straight ahead in the direction of the medicine den, hoping to at least place down his gathering of marigold. As he entered the den he noticed FlickerPaw sitting with his leg out straight - BadgerStrike gave the apprentice a curt nod before placing down his herbs.

"Are you alright?" She meowed worriedly, looking back at her mentor and then FlickerPaw. The she-cat shifted on her paws, putting most of her weight on her left side.

"Fine" He sniffed as some dust blew up. "What about you??" He noticed how she kept her weight to one side.

Blazetail narowed her eyes. "Why? I can keep a secret, Just.. not my own.."

BadgerStrike turned to face the two apprentices, "The both of you, Whats wrong?" The tom seemed to know already but was frankly getting sick of hearing their constant whines and whimpers. "If you need fixing up i'll slap some poultices on your wound, wrap them up with some cobwebs. But for the dark f- I mean star clans sake, shut up!" A growl echoed in his throat as he spoke.

Flickerpaw narrowed his eyes. "Were you going to say the 'dark forest'?"

Blazetail heard Badgerstrike and padded over. "The dark forest and starclan are myths." She spat. She wasn't afraid to admit that she had no faith in either anymore.

"I'm fine," She replied, but it was easy to tell she wasn't. "I hope your injuries heal well," She meowed softly, her eyes were soft instead of serious or excited. She jumped when she heard Badgerstrike, her ears flattening slightly. "I'm fine, Thanks." She began to walk away from the den.

Duskpaw padded into the camp, a bundle of moss in his jaws. He padded forward, seeing that there were cats inside the medicine den. He padded in, seeing Badgerstrike, Flickerpaw and Fallenpaw. "What's happened?" he meowed, immediately dropping the moss and crouching beside Flickerpaw.

Flickerpaw looked up. "Oh...Eagle attack. But we fought it off! Me and Fallenpaw, and Darkfang!" He mewed excitedly.

"Nice." Duskpaw sniffed at Flickerpaw's wound. "Badgerstripe, could you hand me that marigold you have?"
