Fox nodded, giving a small smile before trotting over to his nest. He was still absolutely exhausted!

little brough back a small bird, a mouse, and a small rabbit. She kept the rabbit for herself, gave the Bird to shadow and then the rather plump mouse to Fox. She lay down with her kits again, and ate the rabbit slowly.

Leaf took in all the new scents of prey. So far he liked the rabbit little was eating. He nuzzled the piece of prey before going back TO the forest scented warmth pile.

Fox blinked, surprised that Little had brought him back something, "Thank you, ma'am," he gave a warm, grateful smile.

Song was eager to find what this new stuff was, batting at the rabbit with a tiny paw.

"yes, good girl. bat the prey. Pretend its someone you don't like," she praised softly to Song
"Good girl, this is helping you with your fighting skills." She meowed, and continued to let the kit discover.

Song was happy to discover, wobbling closer to the rabbit and batting it some more. Soon she had tried to bite at it, giving a soft squeak to try to be intimidating.

"Good girl, Song!" Little purred and praised again. She gently licked the kit before taking the piece of prey away from her and continued eating it slowly

Song was content with the praise and the purring of her mother, yawning again before curling up quietly.

little smiled and purred, shaking her head when she watched Leaf go to his father. She loved each kit equally, but it looked like to her that Shadow was taking a favourite.
