I would definitely accept the first trade since they're overpaying a little bit

As for the second trade.. its up to you. Its fair but if you don't favor rat/ponies and whatever then don't accept it. personally I would accept it but thats just me XD

I know about rarity, but I've been told that the yellow toxic alone fetches Sorbets so is this fair demand wise or are the mid advents overpay? ( also demand wise )

I think this I just a little unfair to you, ask them if they could add another rare or something, or you could change the CS amount to 15, I think that would make it fair either way.
