Murderers in Riverclan V.2 [Roster Update 10/30]

Mossflight woke up, yet again pondering if they had exiled the right cat. If Shadowstripe wasn't the murderer, then who was? She scanned the warriors den, looking for any cats that were gone, and began to relax, when she saw that Puddlepounce, was indeed gone. She closed her eyes. Is this what will become of RiverClan? She thought. Mossflight shook her head no. RiverClan would survive! She padded out of the warriors den. "Cherrystar..." she meowed. "Puddlepounce is not in the warriors den..." she said slowly.

Cherrystar felt sick. She had briefly thought that Puddlepounce had been the culprit but if she was missing... She closed her eyes and prayed that Puddlepounce was safe and just hunting. Opening her eyes, she said, "Mossflight, take another with you and look for Puddlepounce. And if you can, keep an eye on Rainshadow. I don't want him to..." Die. Get hurt. Do something stupid. Cherrystar wanted her Clan to be safe. But what was Starclan doing? Nothing. She didn't know if Starclan was even real, not after this. No signs, no dreams... Moondawn needed to go to the Moonstone. Perhaps she, the leader, would join her.

Flypelt calmly watched and listened to the events taking place from the comfort of his nest. Another missing cat? "She's probably dead," he muttered under his breath. "Cherrystar, is there anything I can do?" he then asked. you traitor.

Shadepaw crouched at the entrance to the apprentices' den, almost leaping out of his fur when he overheard what Mossflight said.
Puddlepounce is missing? The thought made him sick. It was bad enough she had almost been exiled, what if it hadn't been Shadowstripe? I told them it wasn't him, He scowled, but who listens to an apprentice? Unless it was Shadowstripe, who knew? Maybe Puddlepounce had just gone out for a morning walk, it wasn't unlike her. He got up and trotted over to Mossflight, acting casual.
"What are we doing today?" He said a bit too cheerfully. He was hoping to have to chance to get outside and look for signs of Puddlepounce, but he wasn't about to let Mossflight know.

Cherrystar turned to Flypelt. "Could you go with Mossflight and keep her safe? I don't want..." Another cat dead. She narrowed her eyes slightly. Flypelt seemed calm. Too calm. Could it be that he...? She needed to know more before she accused anyone. She wouldn't say anything. They could decide as a clan when Puddlepounce was found...

stormpaw sighed as he watched his denmates wake up. he had to admit, he wasn't happy about all the kits turning into apprentices, taking up the once spacious room in the den. oh well. he guessed it was for the better of the clan.

stormpaw didn't like to take part in exiles. it was just too heart-wrenching for him. he was always protective of his clanmates, and seeing them get exiled, just like that? but he needed to participate. it was for the better of the clan.

he walked out of the den without saying a greeting to his old denmate, willowpaw, and into the clearing. another gathering. this couldn't be good.

Poppypaw was extremely worried. 'I hope Puddlepounce is safe.' She fretted, paws working the ground anxiously.
