You know how you can get familiars from treasure chests right?

.... How long have they been in there? did they just crawl in? What are they doing in a locked treasure chest anyhow?

Fams have been in chests sense the start of the game actually.

I didn't mean as in when were they put in in game development, more of a theoretical 'in game time'. Like has it been a few days? since the chest was made? Lorewise.

This cracks me up considering I'm doing that whole save chests up for X amount of time thing.
By the time I open mine some will be 6 months old.
I'm just imagining my dragons opening them and these half starved familiars crawl out like "heeelllllpppp meeeee"

Can I have apparel help for this fanderg for when she grows up? Shes also going to be getting Skink as soon as I can get the mats from Baldwin.

Character design. I want to get her outfit so its similar to her suit of armour, but I dont know FR apparel very well and would like some help please.

I always saw it as if a familiar was in a chest it was just standing guard of said chest

I think I'm going to save up a stack of each chest (Rust, Iron, Gilded) and then mass open them.
I've never been good at saving things up though, so wish me luck xD <3

I got my own Pinkerton's Plundered Pile fanderg! I know the wings are a bit off, but only 20k!

I think I'm going to save up a stack of each chest (Rust, Iron, Gilded) and then mass open them.
I've never been good at saving things up though, so wish me luck xD <3

Vault stash them immediately as you get them.
Keeping them out of sight helps a lot.
I started stashing at the start of the year for my 6 month collection, and as soon as I bond with all my familiars I instantly vault all the chests.
From January 1st to now I've gotten 18 Rusted (I was already bonding with familiars in my hoard before the new year so not a lot were still in the rusted chest stages by the time the new year rolled around), 98 Iron, and 56 Gilded.
It's fun to do a long save with chests.
I'm doing it with all openables, so that when June 30th rolls around I'll have SO MUCH to open.

Ah thats smart!
I currently have 5, 6, and 3, so... xD I have a looong way to go.
I considered keeping other openables but I dont think I have the patients to get 99 of the ones from the coli xD
