Delphi floated from a branch to the other, then hopped down and licked her paw then swiped it over an ear. The moon was large and full, it reminded her of the sun, which was awkward because the two were completely opposite in her opinion. The moon actually disgusted her a bit. Such a wannabe sun. If it wanted to be more like the sun then why didn't it just follow the bright thing around? She looked towards the moon and gave a loud hiss.

[Mayiamaru]

Mayia yelped a little, sitting up immediately with wide, fear filled eyes. "T-There's smeone here..." Mayia said, trembling lightly while looking down at Hunter. With a nod, Hunter stood and sniffed the air, the scent faint, but it was there. "Cheshire cat. There isn't any scent of the queen or Redds. You can be at ease." Hunter said, but he knew better than to expect Mayia to calm down. Mayia leaned against Hunter, looking around with cautious eyes. She was fine with regular animal, but anything that could be devious or evil scared her terribly.

Delphi's body evaporated and her head spun around to see a girl---and a dog. Yuck. A pond was nearby and the dreaded moon shone on it, giving the water an eerie glow. The girl jumped a bit and whispered something to the mutt. Delphi vanished then appeared on top of the dog's head and purred. "Hello darling, why do you sit here in this disgusting light of the dreaded moon?"

Mayia flinched, backing awy. She would have fallen into the lake if it weren't for the brace around her ankle which kept her bound to the grounds in whch she was enslaved. "I-I... I like the moon... It's relaxing to me..." She sad quietly, looking away and pressing back agains the invisible barrier that only kept her from running away from her master's house. Hunter wasn't hostile and just looked up at the cat on his head. "Please get off. I don't appreciate you sitting on my head." He said, getting up.

Aisly slunk through the trees,as quite as a Chesire cat. She'd spotted a Redd a few minutes ago and had been tracking him,winding her way through the branches,limbs and grass. He didn't look like he was searching for anyone at the moment,but that didn't matter. A Redd was a Redd. And it was her duty as an Alyssian to make sure he was temporarily out of order. She crouched on a branch,ready to spring if he slowed down.

"Whatever spreads your butter," Delphi humphed. The girl adjusted herself and a chain rattled. The dog asked in a polite tone for Delphi to remove herself from his head. "Well then," she evaporated and re-appeared a few tail-length away from the two. "Dearest me! I forgot to introduce myself! I'm quite forgetful like that," Delphi said with a flick of her tail. "I am Delphimire the Cheshire Cat, it's a pleasure to meet you," she said with a low bow.

Skye could sense a pressense following him, but he did make sure not to go after any Alyssians unless they were specifically in his path, or if he was patrolling with another. He didn't want to be ungrateful to the Redd Queen, but he certainly didn't want to continue to stain his hands with blood... He really didn't have that much of a choice though. Hmm... This doesn't seem like any normal source. An hatter possibly? Maybe a Cheshire? Skye thought, playing a little guessing game in his head as he continued on. Of course it was strange that Skye wasn't riding a horse, but they were too fearful to allow him any closer than a meter. If he were to come any closer, the horses would buck...

Hunter bowed his head in response. "I am Hunter. A wolf and guardian to my friend here." Hunter said, nudging Mayia a little to snap her out of her fearful state. Mayia flinched, sitting put with her legs tucked underneath her and bowed her head too. "I-I'm Mayia Hikamaru. I-It's a pleasure to meet you, t-too..." She said quietly, her eyes shut tightly.

"You're not to rotten for a dog, and darling, why are you chained up like a songbird? A pretty little thing like you should be..." Delphi thought about the fact that anyone who was anybody was either an Alyssinian or a Redd. "Well you should be somewhere other than here!"

Aisly paused for a nanosecond and then pounced,her hands outstretched for the man's throat. If he was one of the Redd's who had killed Absalom,he could say goodbye to life. Her long blue clothes streamed out behind her like huge butterfly wings,but that wasn't entirely true. She wouldn't get her wings for at least three more months.

Mayia flinched and hid behind Hunter while Hunter was the one to answer. "Firstly, Dephimire. I am not a dog, but a wolf. Please don't mix the two. Secondly, Mayia is here because... well... she didn't have much of a choice." Hunter said, sitting down and looking at Mayia, giving her another nudge to try and get her to stop hiding. It didn't work. Mayia just continued to shudder.

Skye felt a faster movement and quickly sprung forward, turned on his heels and lunged forward again, using as much precision as he could to pin his attacker. "What is the meaning of this?" Skye said in a menacing voice, his eyes narrowed at the girl. This girl saw obviously not a Redd, but something about her was just as powerful as the Redds he had trained alongside for all these years.
