I really like the blanket designs and the colours on the Sun-Moon litter, although I wonder why one of the pups had a teal blanket. I'm guessing the pup with the teal blanket is going to be the first Sun-Moon to turn UC and is going to be a rarer design than the others, judging by its unique colours.

xxxxx□I personally think the sun pup with a sun on its blanket will be the least common of the litter ! Blanket colour is whatever the artist wants it to be, and sometimes has nothing to do with the final palette colours. Although teal is somewhere in between the bluish purple blanket and white-gold-yellow blanket of its parental litters

I agree. The sun blankets are the hardest to trade for, but if anything will only be uncommon. Even if the second gens won't be rare (and even if they are, demand won't be picking up for a while) I love them. The sunback reminds me of one of my characters, Matthew, while the moonpup (is that the correct name? my memory is failing me at the moment) reminds me of Matthew's boyfriend, Denmark. Clearly chickensmoothie approves of the ship

I want soooo badly not to be won over by the sunmoon 2nd gens because I don't like how rarer pets' designs are hyped just for their rarity while beautiful common pets are overshadowed... but god I LOVE browns and sun designs. I'm dying of my own hypocrisy here folks 😵

I simply adore the colours of this pupper! Somehow I especially like the tail.
Also loving the vibrant blue eyes!
My favourite part about the original moon litter has always been their delicious-looking palette. They always make me think of hot chocolate, yum. It goes well with the caramel colours of the sundog markings.

I like that this one went "chocolate sunback" - my random name for mine was "Ra", which I think is wonderfully appropriate!
