Mother- 4 years- The Chatter- In the nursery- Tags: Sort of Geren I suppose, herself, open

The white lioness sighed softly as she stretched out in her nest she had made for herself. She shook her head as she glanced about the den, having not seen Geren in a little while, and she guessed he was hiding away again. Shaking her head, she yawned as she flicked her tail back and forth. She put a paw on the top of the nest, and closed her eyes as she began to purr softly.

Crow
Healer's Apprentice- 6 months and a week (Might like Geren)- The Studious- Outside- Tags: Open

The black cub sighed as she looked about, and she tilted her head to the side. She wondered what her mentor was doing, and she shook her head as she looked about. Her little tail flicked back and forth through the dust and the light bit of grass. Standing up, she shook herself off, and looked about. Finally, she called "Bane?" as she looked about for the healer. She hadn't seen him since last night, or leaving the den earlier this morning, either way.

The lion hummed as he glanced about himself, tilting his head to the side as he did. He yawned as he stretched, arching his back, then pawed at the ground. Standing up straight, he shook himself off then looked around. He pawed at the dirt, then purred a bit as he felt the sun on his back. He yawned, but shook his head and forced himself to stay awake.

Shamara ~ Scout ~ 3 years ~ Location: Grasslands ~ Tags: Open

The white lioness known who was known as Mara to those close to her, stalked the the grasslands. Her golden gaze strayed to a herd antelopes, she was a bit peckish, and had decided to do a bit of hunting during her normal scouting time. She huffed has concluded that it'd be easier to take down a couple lizards instead. So the pale lass moves on, braking out into a run while opening her jaws to take in the scents around her.

His body quivered slightly as a soft breeze passed him, causing his mind to wander to young Mara. She was like the wind these days, always going somewhere. He let out a yawn as he walked over to the fighters den, and then plopped down just outside it. His eyes narrowed, Now were are Natalia and James? He let out a soft "hmm" then thought, What ever they're doing they better not be disturbing any hunts.

Torquil
General - 9 years - The Elder

Torquil saw Terrowin outside the fighters den. He remembered his days in there well, before his promotion. The old lion made his way over to the lead Fighter, already guessing at the problem. "Let me guess, the usual fighters have snuck off again?"

Bane
Healer - 6 Years - Gentle Giant
Location: Healer den, Tags: Crow

Bane made his way out of the den when he heard his name being called. The truly massive lion practically lumbered out, intimidating to anyone who didn't know that he wouldn't hurt anyone if he could avoid other. Other than the few times he smacked James for saying something stupid. He looked down at the black cub. He always watched his paws around the young apprentice, but he did so with most young lions, always afraid he may step on them with his massive paws. He took a guess and asked, "Bored?"

Natalia
Fighter - 4 years - Sarcastic Killer

Natalia let out a disagreeing sound that could only be described as something along a pif-aw. Not really a sound anyone would normally make and yet she did. "Clearly you aged yourself somehow."

James

"Does that make me the older brother?" James quickly shot back. Though he was slowing quickly until he stopped. "Okay, you win. You're faster than me. I'm still stronger than you and better looking." That last comment resulted in a playful seat at his ears from Natalia. "We should head back before Bane decides to panic over us being missing."

Geren
Cub - 4 Months - The Frightened One
Location: Nursery, Tags: Open

Geren only briefly poked his head out of hiding at the sounds incase it was Natalia. He saw it was only Rowan's adjusting and thus returned to his hiding hole. He supposed it wouldn't remain a good hiding hole for long, not once more cubs arrived to explore the den. For now it would do, at least until he became an apprentice to some group, a day he dreaded.

Shamara ~ Scout ~ 3 years ~ Location: Grasslands ~ Tags: Open

It wasn't long before young Mara spotted a few common flat lizards, only a couple of miles from camp. A smirk flashed across her face before she dashed over and killed the three lizards with blows to the head. She then picked them up one at a time and ate them whole. After she had finished eating, she cleaned her jaws and started to continue her patrol at a slower pace.

Terrowin ~ Lead Fighter ~ 6 & 1/2 years ~ Location: Camp ~ Tags: Torquil

The younger male looked up at Torguil then huffed," Yes, they seem to have fun off again." He growled slightly before adding," I'll round them up and set them straight. They should really spend more time doing more important things." He got back up, but then paused and softly added," Maybe having Young Mara get them, will make them think a bit more." His eyes narrowed as he looked into the distance.

She put a paw on the top of the nest, and closed her eyes as she began to purr softly. She flicked her tail and raised a paw, then blinked a moment as she looked out at the rest of the den. She briefly saw Geren, then he was hiding again. She sort of wished there was another lioness here, to converse with.

Crow

The black cub tilted her head as she heard him move out of the nearby den, behind her. Purring softly, Crow hummed a soft sound to herself a moment then glanced up. She nodded her head as she looked up at the healer, and she sighed softly as she did. "Yes, I suppose I am a little bit bored. So, why do you think that other cub, Geren was it? Why do you think he's so nervous of everyone else, even me?" she asked.

"I doubt anything short of a real battle will set those two straight, too much peace leads to soft fighters," Torquil stated though clearly not meaning to offend Terrowin. "Afraid all the good battles might have already been won. Still they see no threat so they see no reason to take anything seriously short of their own brother."

Bane
Healer - 6 Years - Gentle Giant
Location: Healer den, Tags: Crow

Bane gave a soft smile, "It's hard to explain but... Not all injuries are physical." He was considering going with the usual excuses of give time and understanding later. That wouldn't help Crow though, certainly wouldn't be useful for later. "I don't know what Geren saw out there, none of us do. But, his problems are similar to the problems Ulric has. Believe it or not Ulric was very talkative before. When his father was king, he was the youngest of his siblings. He went out for a walk with his family, went missing for two days and came back like that and with marks no healer could describe. All we know is he saw something out there and got away from it. Ulric was a grown fighter at the time. Geren is only a cub, and yet it seems he has seen his family go missing. If it is the same as what Ulric saw or something else we may never know, but what we do know is Geren is hurting. His hurt has come out purely as fear and unfortunately distrust."

Natalia
Fighter - 4 years - Sarcastic Killer

"Before he does? You've met Bane right? He probably has dreams of panicking over us." Natalia started on the way back to camp anyways. "Besides we could be actually out patrolling and he'd still panic despite it being our jobs. It's what Bane does best. That and you know be a giant softy." Still she should probably check on Geren and that meant getting back quickly.

James

"That is probably the most accurate description of our brother I have heard yet." James laughed a bit as he followed her back towards camp though he appeared to not be in a rush. Already lagging behind a few steps.

The black cub huffed a soft sound as she glanced up at the big Healer, shaking herself off as she straightened up upon nearly falling over by looking up at him. She sighed softly as she looked at him, then sat down on her hind end and placed a paw in the dirt, digging a bit at it. Shaking her head, she glanced back up towards him. "Okay...Hey, Bane, my parents died when I was still a baby right?"

Bane lowered himself down as best he could, nearly laying down so that the young apprentice wouldn't need to strain herself to look at him. "I'm afraid so," Bane nodded, "It is an unfortunate event that happens far too often. But, there are things not even a healer can stop from happening in this world, as hard as we try."

Natalia

Natalia laughed as she reached the camp first. "I win again." She ignored whatever James said and made her way to the nursery without a second thought at anything. She entered and saw Rowana first, already knowing Geren was off hiding. "Hello, Rowana. I don't need to guess that Geren didn't cause you any trouble while I was out."

James

He reached the camp not too far behind Natalia but far enough for her to yell about how she won. James rolled his eyes, "Of course." He watched as she left to do her usual thing of finding the cub they had come across. The cub did seem to like her at least. James made his way through the camp looking for a good spot to lay down and wait for something interesting to do.

The white lioness hummed to herself as she lay there. She flicked her tail back and forth as she did so. She glanced up as Natalia entered the nursery, and dipped her head to her. She nodded as she looked at her. "No, he caused no trouble at all. In fact, he's been hiding again." she sighed.

The black cub purred a bit when the healer lowered himself to her level. She nodded as she looked at him, then sighed softly. She nodded as she glanced at the male. "Do you...happen to remember what my parents were like? Anything at all?"

Winter laid in her den, relaxing as she had nothing to do at the moment. She wanted to find something to eat though, but was too comfortable to stand up. She laid her head on her paws and sighed.

Raven trotted out of camp, looking for a zebra foal to capture, her tail seemed to be blazing with fire, but she controled it enough to make sure the prey wouldn't see her. She saw a weak zebra, full grown and smiled, crouching and inching up to get closer, before jumping forward and running after the slow, dehydrated equine.
