Wow today was a surprisingly good day for me.

Caught a Chikorita AND a Cyndaquil. At the same pokestop. Wow. Also caught my first sudowoodo, yanma, and even a slugma.

I have two good spawn points in my city, but have to drive to get there, otherwise I also only have Swinubs, the crow and the pre-evolution of Furret. Forgot the English name. :')

Today I saw a Wobbuffet nearby, but it was in a closed skate park nooooo </3

I finally got a cyndaquil! After over two weeks of trolling and hiding from me. I was able to get 2 of the little stinkers. One was a cp of 79 and the other is 266 which is awesome

Ayy caught a gligar and a totodile today.

Super close to finally evolving my machop, too. I think I'm only about 11 candies away. the last 50 or so candies have been purely from walking, so I'm super glad to almost be done with him. Then I can move on to my grimer.

One of my 10kms hatched into a Chansey, which I'm not mad about, as I can evolve it now. But I already caught a Blissey so I dont really need the dex entry.

My other one hatched into my second pineco, which I can also evolve now! Pretty happy about that one! And now I'm stuck on 7 5km eggs and 2 2km ones.

If anyone is in Santa Monica I highly suggest you go to the pier. Yesterday I caught an unown there and hatched a larvitar. Also today at Universal Studios I caught; a gligar, togetic, miltank, wobbuffet, mareep, and a phanphy!

Definitely good places to go for pokemon hunting!

If anyone is in Santa Monica I highly suggest you go to the pier. Yesterday I caught an unown there and hatched a larvitar. Also today at Universal Studios I caught; a gligar, togetic, miltank, wobbuffet, mareep, and a phanphy!

Santa Monica Pier is famous in the Pokemon Go community for being the best place to play in the world.

I think it's pretty awful. I'm a student that lives in Europe. Does Niantic really think I have the time and the money to travel there? And what about the millions of people in a similar situation to me? Why can't cities in Europe and other continents / countries have spots that are just as good? Why only Santa Monica Pier?

Why do people living in major cities get major advantages? /:

They could have balanced it out, by increasing rarity as spawn rates decrease so we at least have a bit of a chance.

The other day I saw 2 3000+ Tyranitar in one gym. Either cheaters or people from another city/country. I don't even have a dragonair yet.
