Unfair to you. Math explaining why.
Note: 1/2 a sorb = 1 Green Tox tier. 1/4 a sorb = Pink Balloon tier.

Red Toxic - Just over 1/2 a Sorbet (Sorb + Balloon dog tier)

UR Lion - 1 non, 1/2 a sorb
Rainbow mane - just over 1/4 a sorb (Balloon dog + Scarf PPS)

Therefore it's unfair to you by approximately a Scarf PPS

Dark Wood is Tier 1 Advent so 3-4 Mixed '09 Rares but the Cobweb Bun is Tier 1 also so I'd say just that (and possibly an Uncommon just in case you prefer dog trades to bunnies) would be a fair trade.

It's overpay rarity wise and demand wise. I see people valuing one of the liontails at a sorbet level, which I do as well, making the full set worth a non, demand wise. The added rares is just extra, making the trade an overpay. I would accept it if I were you!
