Poppypaw shrank back the tiniest bit at that, sitting down and giving a small huff, "Noooo," she lied, before glancing back at Hawkheather. She could trust her, "Well, maybe. Again. They're just so interesting!" she chirped.

The pretty brown tabby she-cat gave her a blank look when she lied, and gave her a slightly concerned look. "They can be dangerous as well. I remember when I was an apprentice with Dawnstar, and we almost got caught by a bunch of twolegs with shiny sticks in their paws."

Daisyfang wasn't able to catch anything but he didn't want the rest of the patrol to get worried about him being gone so long so he gave up to return to the place where he last saw them to see if they caught anything. When he got back though, they were gone. A frown formed on his face as he began to follow their scents which told him they had just gone back to camp. Well I guess they weren't worried. He thought with a soft sigh as he picked up the pace to head back for camp himself.

Honeykit stood up to leave the nest so that she could go investigate the large bird Poppypaw brought into the den. It was something she had never seen before! This made it new and interesting to her. She tugged on one of the chicken's wings a bit to turn it around so that she could see the weird red things on it's head and start batting at them in a playful manner.
