It seems all party hats have spiked in rarity to at least a black long.
I've seen many users getting and offer black longs for any party hat.
Its pretty close to impossible to get one for any less now.

i swear, some of the people on animal jam are so immature
i was just sitting in aldan trying to trade and someone said "ew, a green otter. otters aren't green"
(they were talking about my otter) and i ignored them but then when i started saying "spiked
collars on trade" they said "spikes are overrated" even though they were wearing a blackout spiked
collar lmao. someone ended up saying "you're wearing a spike too" but they didnt respond. THEN
they said "no one cares if you're rare, peach" (i get referred to as peach bc of my username) so
eventually i blocked them. seems like you cant even try to trade without getting harassed :'v
i didn't even say a single word to them, all i said the entire time was "Spiked collars on
trade :3" sigh. that ruined my good mood c':

^ it does tend to be bad. luckily I haven't had anything happen to me like this which is quite amazing im NM, not very rare and well my looks arent very... up to date. I guess. I tend to get on when its later in the day and theres less drama as most younger kids tend to get off around the time I get on. there was a time of when someone had said that the new speing party hats were ruining the value of the rare party hats (which isnt true) and how this had happened to spikes too but honestly thats the most hate I've seen in ages. and it wasnt hate or even mean.
