What about leap years? Though, we don't know if the SU-verse does leap years so that could be invalid.

Ex. in 2010 my birthday was on a Sunday which by your counting means this year (seven years later) my birthday would be Sunday again right? Nope it's a Tuesday this year. The two leap years since 2010 have pushed the day forward by two.

i'm really excited to see what comes out of "room for ruby"
i'm also really hoping to see the ruby squad again as it was
claimed they were going to "pick them up on the way back"
but i'm also a bit afraid about the hiatus after it airs. i'm not
sure how long it will be if there is one, i certainly hope it's
no more than a month.

There is going to be a new gem? Cartoon Network posted a photo and it was a green and red gemstone. I looked it up and it might actually be a bloodstone! If its true I can't wait to see them! I don't watch Steven universe anymore even though its an amazing show but I always get excited when I see whats going on.

Yeah that was a teaser for Rocknaldo, the newest episode that aired this past Friday (Feb 24th). And well (spoilers but since you don't watch anymore I'm sure you don't mind spoilers haha) they played us. Not a new Gem it was just basically Ronaldo's gemsona lol.

The picture they showed of the Bloodstone never even appeared they just made it for teasing us. Steven just called Ronaldo bloodstone because he "joined" the Crystal Gems and picked that as his "gem name". Cartoon Network also posted a follow up post after the episode aired congratulating the people who guessed right that it'd be Ronaldo's "Crystal Gemsona" as they put it.

Ooooooh! Darn it cartoon network! They tricked me good. I thought it was going to be like some awesome hardcore gem.

(not wd herself) that are her trusted
advisers/accomplished gems of all
sorts and their pearls? and is just
them all interacting/bickering/etc.
maybe there's some wish within
one group to leave the inner circle/
kick others out gain higher status/
just political shenanigans, etc.
