Barkpelt padded out of his den, stretching before padding over to the fresh-kill pile. He picked up a mouse and sat down nearby, eating it slowly.

"What do you see Ashstar...? Am I nothing to you? You need to start caring for the clan!! All you have been doing is sitting in your den, staring at a darn wall, apart from making ceremonies for young kits and apprentices, caring for the camp, and not ignore your subjects!!!!!!!!" Galepaw yowled.

"Your clan cares for you, but what do you return? Nothing! You glare at kits and cats who try to help! What's wrong with you?"

he flung the apprentice off of his tail and then pinned her down with one paw."you think i dont know what has been happening!i am trying to think of plans to help the clan become itself again!im not having nosy little apprentices shouting at me and ordering me around!"he snapped before releasing her and continuing walking away

Barkpelt narrowed his eyes at Galepaw, before padding over to the she-cat. "Can I talk to you?" he meowed, adding in a hushed whisper, "I know why he's acting this way."

there have been to many timeskips. Dragonfall had kits almost as soon as she was expecting, now her kits are at least 6 moons. Its time to get a bit more strict about these things))
