I'm pretty not sure but I guess, the List Bun is worth 2 - 4 09 rares, so adding 2 rares from 2010 - 2014 would make it but I don't know the rarity of a single Elf Costume Part. The whole Costume is worth a rare but the single one... So, consider these as a hint not an advice because I used all my Item knowledge by the Figurines/Plushies

The first one or the third one in my opinion but I wouldn't take any Trade for Store Pets Packs including less then 2 rares/Vrs of any older age or two older Store Pets
