Is this fair second opinions ?

Rarity wise its probably close enough to fair BUT the Unickorn is VERY hard to trade of for anything more than the tribal you're offering so as long as you are aware that demand wise you're overpaying a tad and you aren't likely to get back the same value of what you traded then I'd say yes, rarity wise it looks alright. (But get a third opinion as I'm not too good with remembering 'gap worths' when I'm tired xD)

The growing white july is worth 2 sorbets & UR Apple.
The UR Mint horse is worth 2 sorbets & Red Rose. Red toxic is worth a green toxic & Balloon dog. The red toxic is above the UR apple by 7 tiers so definitely they are overpaying (Not sure by how much though, sorry).
I would say it's fair demand wise since the GWJ seem to have decent demand and sometimes go for underpay. Red toxics have pretty decent demand and generally goes for fair trades. The mint horse, you may have some trouble trading off. Though, the overpay pays off the low demand in my opinion.

In summary, overpay rarity wise, fair demand wise.

Green toxic is worth a Nonballoon & Blue Rose. They are offering a nonballoon already so they're off by a blue rose. In my opinion, the target dog + the sleipnir doesn't quite add up to a blue rose even with demand. So it's unfair to you.
