Seems unfair to you.
The Nick Cake Dog is placed on the September List while the Tess horse is on Tier 2 on the Advent List.
I personally wouldn't accept as Tess' horses are quite difficult to trade off and the Cake Dogs usually have a good demand.
I also found that: Cake Dogs are worth about 230-250C$ and the Pink/Purple/White string horse is presumably worth about 50-60C$ so I'd definitely hang on to it =)

Anyways it seems fair to me, or a touch unfair to them. But their horse has less demand than the cake dog by a little. I wouldn't take it because the cake dog is a better filler

Rarity wise fair. Demand wise unfair to you. Malk dogs have a very good demand and can go for more. I would add a 09 uncommon or 2010 rare. I can only speak from my own experience and I often got offered a 09 VR for my Malk dogs or wolves from 09.

The Liontail set easily swaps for a Non, usually plus a little extra. The Joker usually goes for a Non as well, so I'd say its unfair to you by the two Arab store pets, plus maybe a little more?
