No that is not fair at all. The demand for the Shima is incredibly large. The trade the the other side is giving does not have a single pet on their side that matches even close to the demand and rarity of the Longtail. Do not trade it.
dont give false advice, it is extremely unfair to the other side. the nick dog alone is overpay for the shima. even with its demand its still an overpay offer.

I actually agree with Herlock Sholmes here. The pets on their side may be overpay rarity wise, but most of them have super low demand. The Shima LT easily goes for a mid-high Advent up to a Low September. That's 10-15 '09 rares.

I would cancel. Most store pets turn out to be very rare.
