To me it pretty much looks fair, although it depends how much you value a rare in uncommons. I usually value them at 2-4 uncommons c:

Depends on how you value both the pets ^^

The cerbs' demand seem to have shot up recently, so if you value both the pets at a non, it's far.
But then again, it's up to how you value them both ^^

It depends on how you value items,as everyone has their own opinions I guess, I would say just the '12 rare would be overpay/ around fair ish? Unless I missed some item that's worth a lot? Get a second opinion ^^;
