Your side is worth around 6 '09 rares including demand. They are offering 6 '09 rares + a '10 rare + the other pets. So yes, it would be overpay on their side.
Their Aussies makes a huge booster since they are in high demand and fetch more by themselves. I've seen it go for more than it's worth in auctions. So personally, i'd take it because Aussies have high demand & they're one of my favorite breed of dogs as well as because their side don't have too much low demand pets.
That's just me though. Ask for a second opinion?

I'd definitely take this. The top is worth about 6 2009 rares+some other pets and the Aussies do have great demand. Your side is worth 4.5 2009 rares value wise. 2013 store pet=late 2009 rare. 2014 store pet=early 2010 rare. Two 2014 store pets=a early 2009 rare

All together your pets are worth an 09 rare + '10 rare. So they would be over paying now. Just the 09 dog and the store unicorn would be fair.
