We Are Pets,
Not Your
SLAVES!
Most dogs and cats are treated like slaves. (mostly dogs,)
Dogs are forced to do things that they weren't trained to do, or even weren't bred to do.
A hunting dog may be forced to herd.
A herding dog may be forced to guard.
A guarding dog may be forced to hunt.
And if they don't succeed they get punished.

I feel like it's working. You get shelter, and food in return. That's why wolves started hanging around humans in the first place. Humans tolerated them because they could do certain tasks. There are animals that are abused, yes. But having a shepherd dog guard your home is not a terrible thing.

Yes, like lapdogs they aren't German Shepards they shouldn't be gaurding your home and if they fail they don't get fed, get hit, slapped punched, kicked etc.
