so in red, whos better gravaler or a kabotops? i have the fossil for it but i havent been able to revive it, but since it would be Rock BUG it would be super handy aginst psyice types..

actually Nitro, Saphira isn't exactly wrong. All the fossil Pokemon have rock type by default because they're well, a fossil, and not because they actually fit the typing (except with areodactyal who does fit the rock typing). If Kabutops had it's rock typing removed, it would be bug/water. But in the games that's not the case, so with that said I'll keep quite.

@saphira344 I would say whoever rounds out the rest of your team better. In general I would say Kabutops, but I don't know the rest of your team or which one would cover the weaknesses better. If you're doing the nuzlocke still it would likely be smart to have a team that is well rounded to be prepared for anything, and if you're missing a water type I'd go with the latter.

Missing a water type ha，i have the best water type a thunderbolting surfing Garadose. I can cover all types atm but Psyice witch is why I wanted the rock bug... You sure it's water and not bug?I remember it being part bug?
My others are a pidgiotto，kadabra，snorlax，graveler，garadose and joltion.
Cource my KandahAr would be super strong if I hadnt gone and replaced psywave with (i forget) but I was trying to replace confusion!

Yes, its possible! I got a shiny Treecko in around 700 eggs, and its not in the pokedex, so keep going! Dont give up at just 100 :3

No team is really unorthodox，all pokemon can be used in a team. Course Ian not quite sure what that word means other then it's unacceptable(i looked it up)and if a pokemon was not alloude why would the makers make one?
I like trying to use a wide range of pokemon，it gives you virity.
