I'm just wondering...if anyone knows, when do Mardi Gras pets usually come out if there are any for that year? I know there's often not Mardi Gras pets (only 2/9 years had them), and it's probably not a very popular or well-known celebration, I just really love Mardi Gras. ^-^;

Depends on if the staff want to celebrate it or not.

Idk why, because I usually adore PPS butterfly wolves, but I am really hoping for a growth from the last cocoon!

I'm definitely thinking marble for the black dog growth. The marbling (lol) and the cracks in it as though it's made of rock are really backing up that idea. No idea what the other pup with the 'moon' on its back would be with that theme but I don't know much about marble so I wouldn't recognise specific different types.

Definitely think the grown one is marble though. He looks great!

I don't see marble, because to me, it seems like the white on the dog is emitting light (which marble doesn't do, as far as I know??).
But unless the artist comes and says what (if anything) they are based on, all we can do is make guesses, I think plasma. lol

I decided to hoard them but called them after lightning just because that's
the sort of thing I see, I mean I can see the marbling as I do marbling a lot,
but lightning or plasma or things like that stand out more to me c:

They're not meant to be lightning or marble themed. There isn't really a specific theme, I was just experimenting around.
