Idea to add another rarity between VR & OMGSR? (Poll added)

Support. Also wouldn't mind if the tag was called Ultra rare or something like that. And make it a pinkish purple with OMGSR being a dead purple.

The rarity tag does help the rare's list out, especially if it goes to a "Rarity" format like suggested. This helps a lot of problems in the trading community and is more beneficial than detrimental. I don't understand the "It will effect common" pet's argument though.

It was pointed out that calling it Ultra Rare could cause confusion with the UR, which I hadn't thought of. Personally I think Extremely Rare or Super Rare sounds good (as a fan of super heros the idea of having a Super Rare appeals to me for quirkiness) but I'm sure if it's implemented the admins will have their own ideas on what to call it

I get where you're coming from and I understand that it could make it easier- but like others have said, it's already balanced- and to introduce another rarity might just confuse things, especially as they were introduced slowly and to add another one randomly would just change the way things have been going for ages. I totally get what you mean though

@RedGem3 I actually don't think it would be confusing. It was done before the OMGSC rarity tag and it never did anything to the community. I don't remember if there was confusion at the time, but I don't recall there being an issue and if there was there was you can see that their are currently no problems with it.

The main reason people are wanting it is because it's actually not balanced as shown by a few people in the discussion.
Here's one that I found from nickjr:
"a pet is OMGSR if there is fewer than 1 pet per 1000 users
a pet is VR if there is 1 pet per 500-1000 users
a pet is R is there is 1 pet per 250-499 users"

The gap between a pet being a VR and a pet being a OMGSR is just much bigger than the other gaps which is why something like the Skelebun going from VR to OMGSR was such a big thing. We had no idea how valuable the Bun was until all of a sudden it was OMGSR. Another rarity would just help us know which pets are worth more (rarity wise) than other pets.

It probably would cause a bit of confusion at first, but other rarities have been added in the past (OMG so common was not one of the original rarities). I think that once the initial confusion settled it would actually end up being less confusing, because it would give people a better idea of just how rare their pets are. I think that would help a lot with trading older, very rare pets.
