Moonfeather rose her voice slightly "Don't punish them, Sunstar, please?" she asked him. She shuffled her paws, her ears laid flat against her skull, sending a thankful look to Breezetail and Crowfur for defending her. Her eyes held a trace of fear, and something else...

Crimsonleaf whisked around at hearing Sunstar. She dipped her head in respect but raised it once she heard what he said, her tail lashed around. No she didnt understand.She didnt want to confront her leader in front of everycat, but she would not take this punishment.She looked Sunstar in the eyes, not responding to the punishment.She wanted to say something, she wanted to say how Sunstar was being partial since Moonfeather was his mate, plus she was the one who had been the snob, Crimsonleaf had just finally said what everyone had been thinking. Moonfeather hadnt been punished!
(just as a btw, Crimsonleaf was out of camp too.... yet she got punished))

Breezetail froze as he was about to speak, then glanced at Moonfeather. I need to tell her something, something that was long overdue... He sighed, closing his eyes slightly.

Moonfeather sunk low to the ground, not wanting to be seen. Her ears stayed flat against her skull, and she wanted to dissapear. Crowfur padded up to her, sitting next to her and glaring defiantly at everyone. Moonfeather watched Breezetail with scared and sad eyes from what was happeing. He looked like he wanted to talk to her, and she wondered why.

Sunstar gazed down at Crimsonleaf, "Yes, do you have something to say?" He asked her, seeing the anger in her eyes. "Does anyone have anything to say?" He asked his clan.

Whitefur figured that the meeting was over and went over to the nursery. "Silverkit? Wrenkit? Petalkit? Blazekit? Where are you?" she asked as she started to get frantic.

Breezetail raised his paw to speak, and began. "I was not being rude, or anything as so. I was simply stopping the argument between Moonfeather and Crimsonleaf, hoping to stop the claws from coming out. If you would rather of had me sit there and watch them argue over nothing, then please say so," he mewed emotionlessly.

Sunstar diped his head, "Thank you for clairfying Breezetail, "I did not understand that is what you were doing. Next time though, maybe try to use a calmer approach, I don't mean to try and tell you what to do it just might work a little better. Thank you for standing up for your fellow warriors. I cannot give you no punishment but I will decrease it, you will care for the elders. Does that seem fair?"

"Please, Sunstar, don't punish them..." her voice trailed off, as Moonfeather hunched down to the cold, frozen ground, shivering.
