"That's great!"said Ocean,lifting her wings a little. She lowered her head and took a drink from the stream before beginning to walk toward the trees.

Shadow nodded, "come with me I'll show you!" he said eagerly and trotted towards the trees.

Angel smiled at them, "I'm going to stay here!" she called after them and took a quick drink from te stream.

Ocean quickly trotted after Shadow. Before she entered the forest she looked behind her and scanned the horizon for any sign of trouble. Then she turned back around and broke into a canter to catch up to Shadow.

Shadow slowed a little to let Ocean catch up before trotting again, he slipped into the shade that the trees created and looked ahead. "it's not to far ahead." he said

Ocean nodded and walked beside Shadow. When she passed a branch that was dripping with rainwater,she walked under it instead of around it. She made the water drops float in midair for a moment,then let them fall.

Shadow widened his eyes at the water, "you cancontrol water?" he said not much as a question but more of a guess.

"Yes"replied Ocean. "I've been able to do it since I was a foal. It was sort of hard at first,but it's easy now." She stepped out from under the branch.

Shadow nodded, "me and my sisters are complete opposites, I can control shadows, well darkness in total and she can control light." he said with a half smile.

"Really? That's so interesting!" Ocean could see the clearing in the trees with the grass now. She began to trot again.

Shadow nodded, "ha you shouldve seen what the herd had thought of us! Their faces, of
just hilarious!" he laughe and picked up his pace to keep
