Murderers in Riverclan V.2 [Roster Update 10/30]

Cedarstar stood, glaring over her Clan. She felt hurt and the amount of cats calling her name. There were a few others, but she knew the majority had voted her out.
"I see now where your loyalties lie." She growled, turning to Fernstrike. She felt hope pass over her, Fernstar would keep her Clan safe, she knew that. She stepped forward and touched Fernstrike's muzzle.
"Lead my Clan well, Fernstar," she turned back to the crowd, "and may StarClan light your path."
She trotted, head high, between the gathered cats, not breaking stride when they parted to let her through.

Fernstrike and Owlfur met Cedarstar on their way to get Fernstrike's nine lives. She told them she was leaving Clan territory, revealing she had but one life left. She spent that life with a Twoleg and her other cat, still wondering what had become of her Clan, and telling stories to other kittypets.

Fernstar appoints Snaketooth to be her deputy.

Rowanpaw had snuck out of camp,
the urge of a
midnight walk becoming too much for him.
He now sat at the river's edge, gazing into the water as it
flowed by calmly.
He had been so stressed recently, with all that had
been happening, so it was
good to get out and enjoy some alone time. He felt uneasy
though, he felt as though
he was being
watched, he gazed into the
forest beyond, seeing nothing.
"You're out late." He jumped at a voice behind him.
His fur flattened when he saw who it was.
"Thank StarClan." He breathed, then stiffened,
remembering he wasn't supposed
to be out of camp. He opened his mouth to apologize,
but the other cat stopped him.
"Don't worry, I won't tell," They paused, "and neither will you."
They shoved
him with all their might, throwing him into the river.
He smashed his head off a
rock, and drowned.
Uh oh! The murderer got your Witness!

YOU'RE MOVING UP IN THE WORLD SNEK SON

Snaketooth stepped out the warriors den, having not slept much that night. he was stressed - not just because he was deputy now, but also because he had a feeling they exiled the wrong cat. He took a breath, and decided to take a short walk to clear his head. Snaketooth ambled out camp, taking in the surroundings more than watching where he was going. Suddenly, he mis-stepped, and almost face-planted. When he righted himself, his eyes landed on the body of Rowanpaw, laying on the banks of the river. Snaketooth took a shuddering breath, picked up the body by it's scruff, and dragged it back slowly. Today was not a good day for him.

Adderpath was prowling outside camp. He didn't want to go too far by himself, for fear of being harmed, but he was angry. Adderpath in no way had believed that Cedarstar had been the killer. He respected the leader, and she herself had been his mentor, there was no possible way it was her. Apparently he had been the only one who knew this, since he had been the only one, besides herself, not to vote for the leader. The young warrior kicked a rock in frustration. Ouch. He winced, bad idea. Turning around to go back to camp, partly to see if anyone had witnessed him injuring himself, he saw Snaketooth dragging Rowanpaw. Adderpath snarled. "Did you see what happened to him? Or did you do it yourself?" He accused, but he softened a second later. What is wrong with me?! Adderpath wondered, bewildered. The hostility melted from his features and he took several hesitant steps back. "I. Snaketooth... I-I'm sorry. I don't know what happened. I'm, I'm stessed I guess." He whispered, head down, ashamed of himself.

The elder stretched in his den, blinking at the sun's rays. He dragged his nest to the entrance where he could yell at see his clanmates better. "Oi! Nice to see that that murderer's gone, 'eh?" Eelface mustered as much cheer as his angsty little elder body could.
