harper chuckled, flopping down next to her. he kissed her cheek, then walked into his room. he changed into some more comfortable clothes, then he walked back out. "tea?" he asked.

brook nodded. "yes please. i'll go and get changed whilst you do that." brook stood up and went into the guest bedroom and rummaged through her bag. she wasn't too cold, so she put on some pajama shorts and a vest top. brook redid her hair, putting it up into a bun. she left the bedroom, and rejoined harper in the kitchen.

as brooklyn walked in, he handed her the tea. he smiled, still fuzzy. he got himself some water, and sat at the bar. it was a peaceful night. he liked the sound of the rain. he honestly preferred a night like this.
