Longfur was sat in the sunlight, enjoying a mouse. Her dark fur rippled slightly, and she kept glancing towards the medicine cats den, knowing she was near to kitting. She hoped Noontail was as excited as she was for their kits.

coldfeather padded into the camp clearing breathing in a heavy sigh. "i have nothing to do..maybe I can go hunting" coldfeather mumbled.


Dappleheart yawned silently, padding over to the fresh kill pile and grabbing some simple prey, eating her fill she sighed and started humming quietly.

Flowerstar looked down at her Clan. She immediatly spotted her mate Coldfeather laying near a rock. 'Maybe I should tell him that I'm expecting his kits...' She thought to herself.

Dandilionheart felt slightly scared by the way Beefeather was staring into her eyes, but sort of comforted too, in a way. "I love you..." She whispered softly.

Beefeather was simply happy to be near Dandilionheart. She smelled of, well, dandilions! And honey. As he was staring into her eyes, he heard an almost inaudible whisper from Dandilionheart. "I love you..." He heard. Beefeather was almost too in shock to answer, but he managed to whisper back. "I love you too, Dandilionheart..." He told her.

Dandilionheart's heart was full of joy. She didn't exactly grow up alongside Beefeather, but she watched him grow up. She was a kit when he was an apprentice, she had just been made an apprentice when he became a warrior, and she became a warrior when he was named the new deputy. She had always loved him and looked up to him, and knowing that he loved her back made her so happy! "Wanna go hunting?" She asked.

Take Mintbrook, Lightpaw and Colourfur with you." He told the older tom. He turned to Flowerstar. "Sorry, did I interrupt something?" He asked his leader, worried.
