Ravvi snickered at Conavin's retaliation. "The best place to scope the GoldenGlow estate is the left and right side, looking over the wooden fences. But, on the left side, there's a small dip in the ground and a few rock's you'll have to climb over. So be careful with that, because sometimes the rocks can be really slippery due to the lake near it. That's all I could tell you, honestly, that and don't let them see you coming." The Nightingale suggested, staring up at the shaft that she had come inside from. "Oh, I'm sure they'd love to spend time with you. They definitely wouldn't snap at you or anything!" she giggled. "Oh, also, there's a inn here in Riften that you might like. It's called 'The Bee and Barb', and the rooms aren't half bad. There's also 'Haelga's Bunkhouse', which is cheaper, and only caters to guys for some stupid reason, I dunno." Raavi's lip curled in slightly when she spoke of the second inn, a small scowl forming on her mouth. "I don't like Haelga, though. She's really shady and mean, and the first time I was in there, she was practically abusing her Cousin named Svana. That poor, young girl was working her fingers to the bone." The Khajiit huffed, trying to brush off her agitation as briskly as she could. "So, all in all, if you're staying at Haelga's bunkhouse, just be cautious, okay?"

The dark elf turned her head to look at the male. Her large red eyes staring right at him. A smile formed across her face and it had reached her eyes. A real smile; one that was rare. "Thank you Linneic." Shade said sweetly before turning her head and focus back onto the road. The large city of Whiterun was now in view and it was very easy to pick out Dragonsreach; the tallest building in that city. "I hope I'm not prying too much, but what do you plan on doing once when you get to Whiterun?" Shade asked curiously but get kept her eyes on the road.

Linneic admired Dragonsreach and the city built around it. He's always loved his birthplace, no matter what haunted his past. He knew Whiterun like the back of his hand, he also knew all the people who lived there.

Nic turned to Shade and caught sight of her smile immediately. The smile was genuine and it reached her eyes, making them sparkle. "I'm going to sell off my buck to the butcher, and we'll see from there."

"Ah Okay. I'm sure you'll get a pretty penny for that buck. It was a clean kill and he's rather large in size. I'll be visiting jorrvaskr and probably spending the night there. They're friendly people, especially Kodlak. A very wise old man.." Shade stated sweetly. "He's like a father to me. You should visit them if you find yourself staying in Whiterun. They may even have a job offer for you and they pay well." The dark elf stated knowingly.

A chuckle escaped Linneic's lips at her mention of Kodlak and the Compainions. The sound was alluring and rare coming from Linneic. He just wasn't the kind of person who laughed and smiled all the time, people like that are actually foreign to him. It was interesting to him that they'd be spending more time together.

"I'm actually already a member of the Compainions and I'm currently staying at Jorrvaskr. Kodlak is a great man, that I can tell even from our short time together."

Hm, this man is interesting. I wonder if he's part of the inner circle. He doesn't smell like one of us.. did I just inhale the scent of him? What the hell am I doing? Shade snapped out of her conscience and turned to the male. "Are you part of the inner circle?" She asked even though she already knew the answer. The elf mentally face-palmed herself hoping she didn't sound stupid. Shade, he laughed. Maybe he was laughing at me? No.. he wouldn't dare! Pay attention elf!! The dark elf shook her head lightly.

Linneic perked up at her question. If she knew of the inner circle, then maybe she's a werewolf too? If she was a werewolf, then she would be able to tell if he was inner circle or not by his scent, so why ask?

"I was accepted into the inner circle a few nights ago, but I haven't made the decision yet," he replied, preluding to the fact that he hasn't made a decision on becoming a werewolf yet.

"Well if you need a reason to become part of the inner circle, it protects you from vampirism. I've been bitten many times and I'm still my normal self. I know my question may have sounded stupid but I could tell that you weren't. I just didn't want to be weird." Shade seemed to sink into her saddle and felt overly embarrassed. She swallowed lightly trying to think of something else to say. "So, uh, have you encountered any dragons?" The dark elf winced at her own stupid question, but she ignore the growing twisting feeling deep in her stomach. The intense heat began to rise to her cheeks again as she seemingly sunk lower into the saddle of her beast.

Linneic nodded, noticing they were getting closer to the gates of Whiterun. "It's still a big decision, and I want to make sure I make the right choice," he rumbled as he looked over at her.

Shade had sunken into her saddle a bit and he pondered over her dragon question. Nic hadn't encountered one yet, but he did see one flying over Helgen. "Yes and no, I've seen one but never have I encountered one face to face."

Shade straightened her posture just a bit as he seemed to make an honest comment. "You must've been lucky then. Normally dragons aren't very fond of the Skyrim races and will attack on sight. I've encountered one before; nearly lost my life to it. But then again any dragon that lands in front of you is life threatening." The dark elf chuckled softly. "I have many things on my side when I fight creatures.." She shrugged nonchalantly. Shade looked up to see that they were already at the stables. Sliding off of Excalibur and leading him to a post and paying the stable-keeper. The dark elf's nightingale armor fit her frame perfectly and showed her thin and slightly muscular body. Her bow rested on her back and covered most of it. Dawnbreaker was on her left hip and it flowed slightly in the sun. Shade waited patiently for the male.
