Hunger Games RP...[Not Accepting]

Let the 76th Hunger Games begin!

Are you ready for a bloody battle to the death? Join this RP for an exciting thrill of a game.

Characters:
1) You may have at most 6 characters. Only 3 of which can be tributes.
2) I am only accepting 12 girls and 12 boys.
3) If you want your character to not be a tribute, ask. I'm open to suggestions.
4) The only way that a character dies is if I let them. If I let your character die, feel free to make a new one...just not a tribute.

So, how does a character die?
As I said, I decide who dies. You can shoot an arrow at a character, but that doesn't mean that it hits them. Whoever posts back first decides the fate of the character. Anybody but the person that shot them can do this. That means that anybody but the person that shot the character can say that the the arrow struck the character. But nobody but me or the character can say that the character actually dies.
If you do not follow that rule, then your character will follow a horrible death, and you will be added to my foes. If you read this, say 'bubbles' when you create a character. If you do not say 'bubbles' then I will not accept your character.

How will the time pass?
I will be playing Claudius Templesmith, the announcer. I will announce if there is a twist.
I will also be playing the Gamemakers, so just think of me as the Head Gamemaker.
Every night (on the RP) I will post something that says that the anthem is playing. Also, I will post which characters die, and are already dead. I will also post which tributes are still in the game.

Personality: Shy and timid. Once you get to know her she is honest, loyal, and optimistic. Minerva would be that type of person at a party who might mingle a little, and then end up sitting on the couch, nodding and smiling for the rest of the time but not really chatty.

Weapons of choice: Bow and arrow. She has her own bow and takes it out every day to practice.
Skills: Good hunter, and nothing if not practical. She can handle most situations with ease physically, thought it's much too easy to hurt her emotionally. She gets into fights a lot, but usually wriggles out of them with ease.
Personality: Tannlia tries to act cheerful, but keeps her real feelings locked inside. She gets easily attached, and it is simple to break her heart. She'll never show it though. She's sneaky, and has a few tricks up her sleeve, but most often she is disarmingly honest. She doesn't care if she angers the Capitol because she'll be killed in the Hunger Games anyways, and she has an escape route planned out only she and her family and friends know of. She knows how to get out of dangerous situations. Her trust is easy to gain - sometimes too easy - but impossible to get back if you lose it. Anyone on the Capitol's side is her automatic enemy.
