hello guys! just going to try to keep this short and simple. I'm Salt, or Jay, and I'm looking for a roleplayer that's kind and patient. I have been inactive on here for awhile and I'm wanting to get back into RPing and such. But I still have difficulty getting on everyday and I don't have the time to spend hours on here. So I'm just looking for someone that doesn't expect a reply right after they post and won't message me complaining when I take a day or two to reply. Just someone laid back.
I post about semi-lit posts, usually at least 5-10 sentences, sometimes more and rarely less, unless I'm not feeling well or just don't have much muse/enough to work with. I would like someone who can post at least 5 sentences as well, and if you post more, that's great! Just don't expect me to match you if you post a ton. I prefer to do forum but will consider PM, and would be fine with offsite as well.

Below are things I'm interested in, in order of what I want to do the most. The RPs that aren't based on fandom relationships can be malexmale, femalexmale, or femalexfemale, I don't care. I also will do double characters for those

- Malec. Magnus Bane and Alec Lightwood. Willing to play any character and I'm cool with au's as well. (I write one-shots of them, so I have a few ideas for stuff)
- Merperson x sailor. (prefer to be the merperson, but will play sailor. wouldn't mind doing two characters, each playing a merperson and a sailor. would kind of prefer malexmale for this, but it doesn't matter. somewhat have a plot)
- Modern Murther. (I just really like the idea of Arthur being confused   after waking up in the new world and Merlin teaching him about it. Tbh, I'd do any kind of Murther AU. Can play either character)
-celebrity (oc, not real) x non-celebrity (bonus points if the non-celebrity dislikes the celebrity but they are forced to interact, ex; basically the plot of Starstruck b/c I'm disney channel trash. will play either, willing to do double.)

Hello! I am an experienced (but not very skilled) roleplayer mostly just searching for a Warrior Cats rolelpay!
-or maybe just a realistic cat roleplay-
but feel free to ask about other types of roleplay as well!

I am more than happy to do a small group roleplay rather than a 1x1 if you've got anyone who might be interested in joining in
(this is actually preferable for me but I do not have any roleplay friends myself that I would know to invite)

I've written a lot here so you only absolutely need to read what is highlighted in blue

About me:
- I can get online pretty much every day and will probably be able to reply at least once a day
- I consider myself to be friendly and understanding but I am also awkward and poor at socializing. I am willing to chat OOC with you if you want but I actually really suck as keeping up a conversation
- Very much prefer roleplaying on forums but willing to rp over PMs if necessary
- I can hardly code. I have a simple form that I use for my characters most of the time and another simple posting format but that is it.
- I usually post about 100-150 words. I could probably go up to 300 or so if given enough to work with but no promises.
- I am not great at spelling and grammar. While on a computer spelling is much better because of spellcheck but my grammar is never very great. Everything should be legible and easy enough to understand though
- I always play LGBT+ characters. We do not have to roleplay mxm or fxf relationships if you do not want but none of my characters are ever 100% straight. I do prefer playing mxm and fxf relationships though. And polyamorous relationships! I will also likely include trans characters of mine in the roleplay unless you specifically tell me you would rather I didn't.
- Can attempt to roleplay any gender. I have a strong preference for roleplaying males though.
- I really love romance! Roleplays that center around romantic relationships are the most fun for me
- I have a preference for fluff most of the time but I do not mind roleplaying angst as well

What I am looking for from a roleplay partner:
- Able reply at least a couple of times a week
- I have a tendency to look at a roleplay response but decide that I do not feel like writing up a reply right that moment. This leads to the roleplay appearing read and falling lower on my bookmarks which leads me to believe that i have already replied. Please pester me if I haven't replied for a while or else I may assume it is you who has abandoned the roleplay!
- Any literacy level is fine but I would prefer if you would match my posts. Longer paragraphs and such take me a very long time to respond to and one-liners can be difficult for me to reply to.
- Don't use a bunch of fancy coding all the time. Super fancy codes on forms or roleplay posts can be difficult for me to read. Please do not use font any smaller than size 85 or any blinding/difficult to read colors
- It would probably be best if you are willing roleplay more females than males but if you would prefer we can just evenly split genders instead

What I would like from a roleplay: (I am willing to compromise on these! This is just my perfect, ideal roleplay set up)
- I am only interested in a mostly realistic roleplay. As realistic as a talking cat roleplay can be anyways. Especially realistic characters!
- Willing to do time-skips. Moons long skips sometimes. I like roleplays that move on to the next generation every now and again is pretty much what this is about
- A very toned down StarClan and Dark Forest. The belief of these cats should be treated like a religion more than anything. If we are going to include starry dead cats, please discuss with me how powerful you would like StarClan and the Dark Forest to be exactly before we start roleplaying!
- We can either play many characters each to make up an entire clan or only play one or two each and have the rest of the clan be NPCs basically. If we choose to create the entire clan with actual characters I would very much prefer to only focus on a few select cats at a time instead of always roleplaying all of them all the time
- Ideally I would like to have a roleplay that is mostly romance based. If that is not possible though I understand!

hello guys, gals, and nonbinary pals!
my name is hy and i am here for the same reason everyone else is!

i am fine with any level of literacy and i'm flexible on most aspects of things but
woah, four things;
- i do not play animals or anime. actually i'm not even 100% sure what the latter
is.
- i do not play heterosexual characters or mxf relationships.
- i do not play white characters. i don't care if you do, but don't expect me to.
- i do not play anything involving orphanages or foster care and i ask that you
leave those subjects out of things.

other than that, i don't have many requirements. i don't have a preferred gender
and can play any, i don't mind where we rp, and my coding is mediocre but it's
there. i lose pms easily, so if i don't reply after a while, please feel free to bug
me until i do! i am very friendly and i love to chat ooc because i will befriend
anything that moves.

at the moment, however, i am mostly looking for mxm romance stuff for some
reason who knows at this point.

aw heck now the fun part, plots i have that mostly could use some working on
but sound like a heckin good time;

- a football player and his teammate's younger brother

- a rp about two rich kids living in neighbouring estates. their parents put a lot
of pressure on them and they're super stressed, but their parents also throw a
lot of parties and never really seem to notice when both of them sneak off
together because surprise they're secretly in love with each other.

- a character just got dumped and meant to throw rocks at his ex's window but
wound up accidentally throwing them at his ex's neighbour's window but he's
drunk and lonely so the neighbour takes pity on him and they start hanging out
and fall in love.

- a couple of best friends used to constantly get in trouble but then one of
them disappeared for years and the other gave up hope of finding him until he
showed up on their doorstep at four in the morning in the middle of a storm
trying to explain.

- one character is a pastor's son and the other is more rebellious and constantly
getting in fights but they still manage to be friends anyway somehow. then
one day the rebellious one seriously looses a fight and while the pastor's son is
trying to clean him up they suddenly realise that yeah, they're definitely in love
with each other and it can either be a slow burn thing or just a whirlwind of
feelings either way i want this so bad

- exes who still live together because they can't afford not to

- a character who has been in sooo many relationships before gets with a
character who has never actually been in a relationship before, not even a
meaningless highschool one, and everything is a disaster but it's worth it.

hello! i'm cherie and i'm looking for a couple one x one's today. my literateness fluctuates, and i can go from a few lines, to 700+ words, so i'm not really that bothered by how many words you can bang out, as long as you can provide good grammar and enough for me to reply with. my activeness right now is a little scattered as i've just started senior year and i'm a little busy, but i do try to come on atleast once a day. i can definitely be a mature roleplayer, and i'm happy to roleplay offsite on any platform really, or i'm happy with the cs forums/pms c: right now i'm only really looking for m/m romance roleplays, and i'm totally okay with poc. i'm also only have one plot in mind right now, however feel free to send me more plot ideas! anything harry potter i'm okay with.

the plot; Muse A always knew they would end up in Slytherin. They came from a proud family, a long line that had been sorted into the same house for centuries, save for a cousin that no one talked about. When the day came to get on the train, Muse A found a compartment that held only Muse B. The two talked, shared their excitement, and bonded over what houses they wanted to be sorted to. By the time they reached the school, Muse A had Muse B convinced that they should be in Slytherin too, but the hat decided otherwise. While Muse A ended up in Slytherin, Muse B was most excited to learn everything they could, and was placed in Ravenclaw. Muse A, too proud to admit they were saddened by the sorting hat’s decision, simply turned to their housemates and began to chatter about all the food. They never saw the disappointed look on Muse B’s face.
Fast forward a few years, and Muse A hasn’t talked to Muse B since. Muse B is top of the class, a fact which Muse A and their friends often joke about. The two get partnered together for a project, and Muse A is surprised to find that Muse B is the same clever person they met on the first train ride; they haven’t changed, and Muse A is intrigued. Their friends are quick to poke fun that the long-lost friends have been reunited, but Muse A just waves them off, only to realize that they’re right. From then on, Muse A sees Muse B everywhere. Muse B was there all along, but Muse A never noticed, and now that they have, they can’t stop thinking about Muse B. The only thing stopping them from acting on their feelings is what their friends might say.

Hello there! I'm here since, as I've realized lately, I really like 1x1 roleplays! It's easier to work out plots and what not when it's only two people. Let's get a few things out of the way. I go by Syndrome, Syn, or Storm but honestly, feel free to call me whatever uwu! I enjoy city-based roleplays a LOT and normally prefer a modern setting for my roleplays. I've been roleplaying for almost 7-8 years now and would consider myself literate though I do have spelling mistakes here and there.
