Apparently grieving over your kits is evil. Just ask Brightflower who is counted as evil because she hated who she thought killed her kits. I'd be mad if somebody killed my children. Many cats have hated others who killed their kits before going to starclan. Why is warriors being so stupid now? oml they need to fox this

mapleshade is the closest we'll ever get rip

I definitely think that Mapleshade deserved the Dark Forest. According to the wiki, Vicky doesn't think Mapleshade was insane, but was driven mad by grief and feelings of betrayal, and that led to hallucinations that her dead kits were urging her to commit murder. But that doesn't change the fact that she murdered several cats.

As for Brightflower, I don't think she deserved it. Also according to the wiki, The hatred that built inside of her after the death of Marigoldkit and Mintkit is what lead Brightflower to join the Dark Forest upon her passing.
The hatred that built inside her? It's not like she killed a cat or something. She's not evil.

Also, what to you guys think about Ashfur not being in the dark forest?

Yo could I have a quick recap on the traditional naming? Because I've kinda gotten confused on what people consider traditional and non-traditional.

I'm trying to draw Brightheart but I don't know what side of her face should be torn. Different pieces of art I've seen show it on different sides. Does anybody know??

@ bunny :: traditional naming is where
the cat's prefix refers to its predominant
pelt color and not small markings or eyes
(cause all kittens have blue eyes, no one
knows what eye color they'll have) and
suffixes point out an admireable trait or
skill. ex: -claw is for a good fighter, -tail
for a good climber, -whisker for a good
hunter, -foot for a fast runner, -fang for
a cat that's good at hunting and fighting,
-stream for a skilled swimmer, -nose for
a good tracker, -flower for a motherly cat,
regardless of gender, -cloud for a calm cat,
-storm for an unpredictable cat, -heart
for a cat that is passionate, -face for a
beautiful cat (very healthy) -pelt/-fur/
-stripe for cats with none of these notable
traits but are special in other ways. and
these are the only acceptable suffices (I
think I got em all)

basically it's a naming system that makes
sense, and strays from the books because
erin hunter doesn't always pick names for
cats that makes sense. for example, we
all love graystripe right? but he's described
as a solid gray cat. why is his suffix -stripe??
there's better examples but that's one of the
most blatant

im a huge trad naming nerd. i loved the guide that was on the official warrior cars forums but it was deleted when the forums shut down ;-;
if anyone had it saved i would be extremely happy

aha i do stray from traditional names sometimes because i love skyclan names..
