No. 40C$ is about the worth of a '09 rare. The non balloon is a tier higher than the line tribal and 40C$ does not fill in the rarity gap. And to add, line tribals have poor demand.

It depends on you and if you want to trade the pets away or not.
If u want to keep the Coontail or CEG/BEG set then I would say go for it. But If you want to trade all the pets away I think I wouldnt do it ( its just my opinion) because its still a little bit tricky to make a fair trade down with the coontail.
I mean its not difficult to trade the coontail and he has ( in my opinion ) a okay - good demand and you get still fair offers but it could last a bit untill you get such fair offers because no one want to make a fair trade down ( sadly )
