I'd say red rose. Even with demand of the huskies, it won't get anything higher than a low september. I tried auctioning a husky before and i didn't receive too much overpay.

Bid 1 is better in terms of rarity and the rose
dogs have pretty good and stable demand.
Although the mini huskies have similar demand
I'd take the red rose as you're getting more rarity value

Is this fair? If not, unfair to which side by roughly how much? Does that Tess horse have good demand? Would you take it?

Christmas tree dog=advent t5
Bunny=advent t6

Tess horse worth Red Rose & Candy Cane Horse. Your side is worth about 15-18 mixed '09 rares which is worth about a Scarf pps. Which is quite unfair to the tess horse. Personally, I wouldn't accept because the Tess horse has low demand and even if you underpay after you get it, the september list don't really have good demand pets. So i'd try go for a more good demand september list like the Scarf pps or target dog for example.

unfair to you. They are asking alot, you could get a lot more then a tess horse with that demand/rarity.

The angel advent alone would be fair.
So they're overpaying. The angel advent
has similar demand to the blue rose so I'd
say this is a good deal.
