1st trade: Unfair. The target dog has good demand and it's higher on the list.
2nd trade: I'd say it's pretty fair with the target dog's demand. Though, the striped september do go for underpay so it may not be wise to accept.

I'd say your overpaying by a lot. Even with demand for pink husky, i'd say at most it goes for a tier 5 advent. The bunny goes for fair trades, if not, a tier 5 advent so i think it'll be easier to keep the bunny for a tier 5.
Though, try get a 2nd opinion.
