"i've been alright..." she trailed off, her and shadepaw aren't an easy two to strike a conversation up. glancing back at owlpaw she sorta cricket her head beckoning for him to come over. he would make the situation a lot better. seeing that he took his place on the opposite side of her she began creeping forward, watching her step and making sure she didn't splash around in a puddle. when she came about three foxlengths from the otter the brush ended, from here she would have to bolt for it. she waited for the otter to shift positions, it took awhile as it laid down sunbathing but it did move to where featherpatch could make a run for it. looking in the brush for hawktalon she saw his eyes gleaming at her, giving him the nod her eyes quick;y changed to the otter as she bolted towards it.
