The blackish brown tabby tom flicked his ear, and replied. "Each cat has an arranged mate once they turn 13 moons, and if a cat becomes mates with someone other than their arranged mate, both cats will be exiled or killed."

The brown and white tabby tom almost shivered, feeling her pelt against his. "We're fine, and yes, he is." He's probably going to get caught soon.
