Forgotten Forever 1x1 with it.will.rain

"I know Molly." he said as he followed her, the kitchen already had cupcakes made and baking, "Well I finished out in the kennel and wanted to get them ready." he said softly as he looked at her. On the table was a little station where he'd been trying to ice like Molly, but it was clear he wasn't doing well, the cupcake had been cleaned off and was half iced. "I was trying to help..." he said softly.

Molly smiled and kissed him. "You are so sweet! Thanks love." She said. "But I can finish icing the cupcakes." She said and sat down and started to ice them after checking the order to see if there was any special toppings that she needed to put on it. She was so happy that she had Damon and that he had been working on it.

Damon kissed her cheek and smiled a little more, "I will one day be able to ice." he said with a soft chuckle as he helped her. He looked over as Sasha came in and sat by Molly, watching her ice. He took the last batch of cupcakes out of their double ovens with a soft smile at her.

"I know that you will keep trying until that day comes." She said to him. She smiled at Sasha. "How are you?" She asked her as she iced the cupcakes. She finished that batch and went over and made some more icing so she could finish the rest of them. She waited for the cupcakes to cool a bit.

"Fine." Sasha said as she watched, smiling a little, she was sore, but she would be fine. "How many cupcakes is this?" she asked as she looked at all of them.

"Good." Molly said smiling. "120." She said to her. "One order is 50 and one is 80." She said to her smiling. "This is the lower end of the scale. Most of the time I have orders that need a lot more cupcakes." She said as she iced.

"And you do it all in here?" Sasha asked in surprise as she looked at the ten dozen cupcakes around them.

"Yes I do. Damon helps a lot especially lately with baking them. He is really good at baking but I do all of the icing." She said smiling at her. She wondered a little what she thought about that. She would hopefully be helping soon but that also made Molly a bit worried that without the total income, they would not be able to pay all of the bills. She would never tell Sasha that though. She would have to talk to Damon about what they needed to do. She would probably need to get another part time job or pick up more jobs at a time to make more money.

Sasha smiled as she watched, "That's amazing." she said happily as she looked at Molly, relaxing a little as she did so. Damon began cleaning up, so that all Molly would need to do was to ice the last ones once they cooled.

Molly nodded. "That is why we got a large oven. I knew we would need it when my business picked up. It was a good investment." She said and worked on the cupcakes. "It can get pretty crazy in here at times though." She said to her as she worked on the cupcakes.
