This was very unfair to you. The Malk PPS Pup is an Advent list pet, but it has huge demand and goes for higher tiers. I saw one go for a Tier 6 + Tier 3 the other day.

Rarity wise no, demand wise yes.
The PPS Lion has huge demand (not sure why.. It's ew...) and quite often goes for Advents yes.

I'd say both are overpaying to be honest. The Cheshire cat isn't a list pet, but does have demand, although I have never seen it go for a tier 6 advent. But the buns don't have very good demand. They just go for fair trades. So it's up to you which you take.
