//sorry for the wait everyone! and if you look at the map on the front page, the camp is located on Shipwreck Peninsula. One would have to cross the isthmus barrier (a thin stretch of land between the peninsula and the main island, Voyager Island), and then it would take approximately 4 hours, give or take based on if the cat was running or not, to reach the beach parallel to Outcast Isle. Outcast Isle has an isthmus as well, only visible during low tide which happens every 6 hours. I, however, did take a while to respond, so I understand the need to skip back to where Fox was -- as long as its not done excessively

Shadow That Dances at Night
"What constitutes as being too far?" he quietly challenged, ears pressing against his head defensively. Shadow loved and appreciated them both, so why not be able to embrace that? The tom scuffed his paws into the mixture of sand and dirt under his paws, digging his claws into the soft terrain for support. "Little is my mate," he stated at last to Talon, holding back the frustrated sigh emanating from deep inside him,"but you are my love." The final sentence was added more quietly, hopefully for only Talon to hear. Shadow quietly hoped the situation would not escalate into a scuffle.

Eye of the Eerie Tempest
Tempest gestured towards a dry patch of sand near Spirit and him. He would offer to go out and search for some feathers, moss, and other softening factors, but doing a task like that in the dark would prove to do more harm than good. "Are you doing okay, Raven?" he commented in a sympathetic manner, wondering about her health considering she had been exiled alongside them. The stress on the tribe right now was tremendous.
The tom found himself falling back asleep alongside Spirit, lulled into a deep rest by the sound of her steady breathing. He did not notice Raven's quiet escape from their enclosed area, mind at rest at last.

Flower That Blooms in Shade
Flower was a tad saddened by Minnow's unwillingness to join the patrol; however, she expected to see him later in the day anyway. They could perhaps share a dinner together to talk, as she sensed an irritated air about him. The bubbly apprentice focused her attention on putting one paw in front of the other, pressing after Tide towards the forest. She could feel the ground change under her paws, thickening in consistency with the silt and hardened mud. The smell of the forest always had a strange tang to it, like decaying palm leaves and earthworms. She much preferred the ocean to the forest, but she hunted best in this environment.
Flower skidded to a stunned halt when Tide slammed into the tree unexpectedly. Her eyes widened to two full moons, startled at the initial bang. It was replaced seconds later with worry, and she found herself by his side in an instant. "Tide! Are you okay? Is anything broken?" she leaned forward, trying to locate any source of blood or breaks.

Stream Where Small Fish Swim
"She said that Tempest had physically attacked random cats that wandered onto our territory. Little claimed to have taken care of them and nursed them back to health. Shadow, the leader of the band of rogues, took charge and, as stated by Little, wanted to purge the tribe of its evil." Stream explained to the best of her ability. The facts of the meeting were blurry, already being mixed up by word-of-maw. It was a constant question of who-said-what and who-did-what.
