My prediction is that the next cocoon will be that yellow color in the middle of the sweater thing. I think that it will be like this because the first cocoon was light green, like the first color in the "Sweater". If I'm correct, then the 3rd one will be purple <:

Also, the caterpillar itself is white, so it can get "painted" by the sweater colors...?

good theory! I didn't notice the first color on the little guy was the same green with the cocoons! I think you theory could be correct seeing as what today's cocoon color is!

I'm curious and intrigued about how having one artist make about half of the litters will play out in designs. Will the litters be related? There's a lot of similar geometric designs on the cat blanket, dogs, and (what was the other one?? I think butterfly wolf).

Probably not. From what I know and/or have seen artists say, usually they're solely responsible for the litter art. They create and submit the designs, and the admins choose which litters to release when, for the most part (sometimes litters created for a special occasion will come out, but clearly those would be the exception)

Also, heck. Four of my caterpillars turned into the pale green one. Three 'pillars left :c the colour is soft and lovely, but rip

The blue pony from the 2nd gen parents was my favorite from that litter so I've got high hopes for the outcomes. It was also the first set of ponies that I adopted after becoming a member.

I would love that but we usually get special Mardi Gras Pets on Mardi Gras, not in the monthly adopts. We will just have to wait and see if CS decides to do a Mardi Gras set of pets this year.
