Out of the sixty-some kids in my class at school, I'm sure less than ten percent of them practice proper grammar, yet whenever my physical science teacher has a typo on his PowerPoints everybody points it out. Also, my friend is writing a book and has me correct everything she writes. The grammar itself isn't that bad, but the spelling is atrocious. She had been listing states and all the ones that were supposed to end in -a instead ended in -ia and vice versa, so not only did she have Georga and Virgina, but also Flordia and Arizonia.

I've got the opposite in my science class. Everybody knows grammar but when a mistake is made nobody realizes.

It really bugs me when people don't capitalize the 'I', for exmple, i. That is the easiest thing to do correctly with grammar but it is the error most often done.
