a growl escaped her. "NO! I LOVE SHADOW! YOU ARE THE ONE THAT IS JEALOUS!!!" she hissed, leaning and pressing against Shadow for comfort. "we are friends. I don't want to lose my friend because of my mate!"

Fox waited patiently for her to speak, head tilted curiously and ears perked. He gave Raven his full attention, curious to see what she needed to tell him that was so important.

"You're such a hypocrite." she said lowly, her voice cracking with grief. "No, we aren't friends. You used me to get closer to Shadow, didn't you?" she hissed. "I always knew you did bad things, but I didn't think you would stoop that low." Talon meowed, every hair on her body upright.

Raven gulped. "I love you, Fox." she said softly, looking into his eyes. She stepped forward toward him, but backed off... "I just wanted you to know that..." she said.

Fox wasn't entirely sure how to react. He was unsure surgeons (or their apprentices) were even allowed to be involved romantically with others. Blinking and doe eyed, he took a moment before purring and giving Raven a playful head bump, "Okie dokie," he laughed.

Raven looked at him, almost sad. "I know you aren't allowed to be romantically interested in anyone.... But i wanted you to know that... before i leave... forever..." she said sadly.

"Don't be silly, Raven," Fox gave her a playful cuff on the ear, "You're so dramatic! You'll probably be coming back with Tempest soon enough! So no worries, okay?"

Raven looked at Fox. "I cant live on Outcast Island with out someone there for me... I dont do well alone. Thats why i was gonna come here and kill Shadow but Light stopped me. He might hurt you and i need you." she said.
