ah, i feel so out of place - i've never been involved in nintendo at all (never had any pokemon games; my mom wouldn't buy me any playstation or xbox either ;w; )

after several headaches, well-thought out speeches and reasons, an argument and possibly several days, i've finally convinced my mom to buy me the industrial revolution kirby: planet robobot!

i really want animal crossing: new leaf too but i've gone through so much pain for kirby and his op mech that i think i'll wait for a bit aha
i personally prefer kirby over all other nintendo games (though some people complain about the games being too easy)
i think that they aren't meant to make you sweat; they're meant to make you smile, and although the only nintendo game i've played is triple deluxe (and very soon, planet robobot), i can definitely say that game was enjoyable :> i've watched some gameplays of the kirby games on youtube, and personally i liked the games and the videos themself so i would think i'd like them if i actually had them

i have a kind of dark feeling i'm missing out on a ton of childhood luxuries cause my fingers have never touched a playstation or xbox in my entire life uh

Nintendo doesn't have to be just for your childhood. I still love Nintendo today, even though I'm definitely not a child. I wasn't allowed to play pokemon when I was a kid (even though I secretly did) but I do now, and Fire Emblem is a giant obsession of mine. I'm just glad you're able to enjoy a game!

I can't wait for Fire Emblem Heroes to come out! Totally want to get Ryoma asap when I'm far enough in the game! (Is it only on mobile?)

Me toooo! I'm so so so so pumped for all the Fire Emblem this year! Hopefully this can keep me busy until May.
But yeah, it's only mobile. Only android and ios.

Don't sweat it about not being able to play other platforms. I've never owned a PlayStation or XBox either and I didn't get any Nintendo systems until I was 15. If you enjoy games like Kirby and are interested in games like Animal Crossing, there are plenty of great similar games to keep you occupied. I highly recommend getting Animal Crossing: New Leaf when you can. It's really soothing and has loads of things to do in it.

I'm really excited for Fire Emblem: Heroes. Can't wait to shell out more time and money focusing on that game instead of work!!!! I hope Owain is in it right off the bat. I know he's like #20 on the vote thingy but honestly if I can't have an entire army of Owain, there's no point in getting the game. Also hoping the game explodes like Pokeman GO and I can obtain merch without haggling with kids from Japan. Gotta fill that ita bag, ya feel?

Can anyone tell me what they think of God Marx and Jester Dee? Jester Dee was one of my most popular OCs, whereas God Marx was one of my most hated, and personally I don't like God Marx either, he's too OPed, and his backstory is way too sad

Man, remind me to never ever plant a lot of bamboo ever again! When I first planted it, I planted a lot not knowing it spread like wildfire. And I had to go and try and get the golden axe to cut it all down. I finally got the axe today and it took over an hour and a half to cut em all down
