i'm having a health problem that is causeing my anxiety level to go up.

so on the 14th, i began feeling nauseous and vomited when i was going to have a friend over. we all thought i had a bug. 5 days later i vomit again. then i get a day in between before vomiting again, but during that time i still felt nauseous. my friend came over the day i vomited again and after i vomited i felt better somehow. then the next day i vomit again and my friend goes home early (she slept over) i vomit again the next day, get a break in between, then vomit again. the next day i felt nauseous and my mum took me to a doctor when i had to take a urine and blood test. i get teh results back tomorrow and i'm very scared

what if it's serious? i start school soon and i don't want to be very sick.

This sounds such a petty and dumb thing to be upset about but I'm so angry right now-

It is currently 1 am, my new headphones just broke. I didn't even have them for a month
and the wire is gone, it is broken so music plays out of one side only. I can replace to wire
(as my headphones are fancy so I can easily change to the wire) but I'm angry because they
are expensive. They cost £100 and the wire didn't even last for a month!

Put it this way, I got a pair of headphones for £6 and the wire lasted well over
six months. You would think a pair that cost £100 would use better wires, clearly
not! It was not my fault, I don't even know what I did- the wire must have been
super thin or something...I didn't even pull on it, it just broke.

This may not sound like a big deal but I'm one of these people that HATES silence.
I like listening to something or having anything on in the background- silence makes
me nervous and scares me...it makes me feel alone. So yeah headphones are really
important to me...

Also, I'm going to have to tell my dad but I know he will have a go at me, even
if I try to explain what happened.

This weekend was meant to be a weekend with my dad to celebrate my birthday, but it seems he has just... forgotten... Everyone in my house is just ignoring me and I have been mostly alone this weekend. We haven't celebrated. I missed a concert because I thought we were celebrating my birthday this weekend so I said no... I just feel really bad about it... Everyone is just seeming to forget about me...

but one of them doesnt, and i dont feel like asking her to get it

and now here is something else:
I have been in a relationship for a year and a month now and my partner likes someone else and has for the whole entire relationship. They always go too far with the other person and even flirt right in front of me. I have told them that the feelings for the person they like goes, or I go, but they say it isn't that easy. It just hurts and I don't know what to do. My anxiety gets the worst of me and I always think that he will cheat on me or already has or that he never even loved me and just wants to get to her through me... I'm just crying right now. I don't want to have to end it because I love them so much but it seems there is no choice... I just need advice on the matter...

Im going to Texas for two weeks, without the love of my life. Im gunna miss her so much IDK how Im gunna do it. So used to sleeping next to her Im gunna be awake all nighy wishing she was there.
