It has been many moons now since the original four Clans: ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan and ShadowClan have been destroyed, not even a trace of them left behind. StarClan soon decided that the legacy of the Clans had to continue and they spent moons pondering on how to keep the legacy going. That's when the idea hit them. It was decided that they will create new Clans with more powerful leaders and more well trained warriors. but they can only do it with your help! Will you contribute to making a clan so that the Clans can live on? Can you make the largest, most powerful clan in the forest?

ＨＯＷＴＯＰＬＡＹ

Starting Off If it is your first time posting, you must tell me about your clan. You can describe things like your clan's name, nature, reputation, territory and cat's personalities are good. These things help us decide on what your first cat, the leader will look like! We will quote your post with a picture of your first cat and they will be the cat who is the foundation of your clan. You can decide on things like the leader's name, age and gender.

Getting More Cats Your clan will start off small and you will have to build up it's population. You have two options for finding cat: patrols and sending your leader to the Moonpool. You are only able to send your leader to the Moonpool once a week and they can ask StarClan for a new cat; you can ask for a specific ranked cat or we will give you one at random. You will be able to pick their name, gender and age as well.

Patrols You are able to send up to 6 cats out on a patrol at one time. In one post, you are only able to send out two hunting patrols and two border patrols. There are only a few things that can happen on patrols: you can find prey, which will keep your clan safe from any attacks for 12 hours; you can chase off a threat, which will also keep your clan safe for 12 hours; you can find a new cat at the border (however the further along your clan gets the less likely this is to happen), you will usually only find warriors and apprentices but you will sometimes find kits at the border if you have queens available; and you can find a leader of a rival clan that will ask for an alliance that you can accept, ignore or even decide on becoming enemies.

New Ranks Whenever you have a cat old enough to move onto the next rank (6 moons- kit to apprentice, 12-16 moons- apprentice to warrior) you can send your leader to the moonpool to tell Starclan of your decision to do a ceremony. If you want a specific name for your apprentice when they become a warrior, you will need to include that name in the post or I will choose one for you. You must also do this when promoting a cat to deputy, or retiring a cat to become an elder.

Healing/Herbs When you find your medicine cat, you will have the option to choose 5 herbs to start off your medical storage. When you send your medicine cat out to find herbs, you can only find 2 every patrol the medicine cat takes to find herbs. Once your medicine cat gets an apprentice, you will be able to find 3 on one patrol. You store your herbs in the medicine store and they can be used to heal sick or injured cats

Mentors/Training You will be the one to assign a certain mentor to a certain apprentice. Before your apprentice is allowed to become a warrior, they must complete 4 training sessions and they must be at least 12 moons old. Your apprentice learns a new 'move' during each training session. You can send your medicine cat to train with the warrior apprentices but it isn't a requirement for them.

Aging/Death You must age your cats up 1 moon every post that you post. If in one post, you had an apprentice who was 8 moons, then in the next post you would make that apprentice would be 9 moons. In this game, there are 5 possible ways for your cat to die; being born stillborn, old age, being attacked severally by a dangerous animal/another cat, queens can die having kits, and not having your injuries treated within 2 days of them getting injured and/or sick.

Alliances If you meet a neighboring clan while on patrol, you can choose to become their ally. Ally clans usually act friendly towards each other and resolve disputes without fighting. You can give herbs to an ally clan if they don't have the herb they need but you do and if they are in desperate need of one. You can also trade cats with an ally clan, but this can only happen at a gathering. If your clan is under attack by an enemy clan, your ally clan can join the fight and defend you as long as the enemy clan isn't their ally. If your ally defends you in an attack, you have a much less chance of your cats dying or being captured.

If you meet a neighboring clan while on patrol, you can choose to become their enemy or rival. Enemy clans usually act hostile towards each other and often argue and fight. You can steal kits, apprentices, elders and herbs while raiding enemy clan camp. You need 4 cats to do this and the only way the clan can get these back is if they attack the clan. Attacks can prove fatal and there will often be cats injured, captured or even killed during attacks. You can make peace and become allies with an enemy clan during a gathering.

Gatherings Next Gathering: June 1st, 2018 5:00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)
Gatherings happen once a month, usually on the first friday of the month (Some days are put earlier/later because of holidays). The gatherings last a week (Friday-Friday). At a gathering, you can choose your leader, deputy and medicine cat (apprentice) along with six others to attend and your leader or deputy will share news to the rest of the clans. It is here that fights, friendships and romances can blossom so it is a good event to make sure and attend. It is here battles can be arranged and cats can be swapped. Clans can also form alliances and rivalries here. You can do this by getting the leaders to talk, and if they find common interests, or seem aggressive towards each other, they can become allies or enemies!
Next Medicine Cat Gathering: ??? 2018 5:00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)
The Medicine Cat Gathering happens every other week. The gathering of the clans will be one week, then the medicine cats will gather at the Moonpool the next week. This is very similar to a normal gathering, except there isn't as much tension. The medicine cats will talk with each other about things that are going on in their Clan at the moment and will make arrangements to trade herbs if needed.

Becoming Mates/Having Kits Without kits, your clan would struggle to thrive. To have two cats to become mates, post them going for a walk together and one of them asking the other to be their mate. In my post, I will time skip to the she-cat finding out she's expecting kits then you will have to wait two moons (2 posts). If you wish for the she-cat to not have her kits yet, make sure to tell me. If you want a she-cat to have another litter, say so in your post as well.

Forbidden Romances Forbidden romances are romantic relationships with either a medicine cat, or a cat from another clan. Cats can form romances with cats from both ally and enemy clans and can sneak out of camp to meet them and bond at gatherings. However, if the relationship results in kits, they will have to find a cat willing enough to cover up as their father. It can be arranged at a gathering for one or more of the kits to be given to the parent of the other clan. It is extremely rare, but some cats may find out that the kits are forbidden and the parent(s) and/or kits could be exiled from the clan.

Prey This section is relatively new and wasn't used on the past two versions but it was talked about shortly before the second version ended. Every post, your Clan will use up two pieces of food. Once you reach seven Clan members, your serving will go up 1. Then the next time you get seven more cats, your serving will go up by one again. The max amount of cats you can send out on a hunting patrol is 6 cats; for every 2 cats on the patrol, you will get one piece of prey, so the max amount of prey you can get from one hunting patrol is 3 pieces of prey. You can use six types of prey. An example of a set would be; mice, pigeons, voles, fish, rabbits and squirrels. You can switch out the different types of prey depending on what is normally found in your Clans territory but don't make it a type of prey that Clan cats wouldn't normally eat. When you fill in your form after receiving your leader, remember to fill in the six types of prey your clan will be using. Very rarely, the mod who replies to your Clan will give you something outside of those six. Remember to go hunting often since two pieces are used every post. If you run out of fresh-kill, you have 2 posts to get enough prey back. After 2 posts, a cat in your Clan will die from starvation. Every post after that, 1 cat will die until you catch enough prey.

When your mod replies to your post, the mod will write what type of weather your Clan has for that day, which will ultimately effect how things go for you that day.

Cricketpaw returned from training and dropped off the prey that she had caught during her lesson. Cherrypaw did the same, trailing behind the younger apprentice. The russet she-cat went straight to the den, curling up in her nest for a nap. After Cricketpaw had selected a small mouse, she followed, choosing the nest right next to Cherrypaw's. "Want to share?" she asked, nudging the piece of fresh-kill towards her denmate. Cherrypaw sat up, and for a moment Cricketpaw thought that she might accept her offer. "Not with you," Cherrypaw replied, then making a point of dragging her nest to the opposite side of the den. Cricketpaw, wounded, opened her mouth to protest, but the other apprentice was already asleep. The young calico frowned and padded outside to eat in silence. After a few minutes, she spotted Robinstar through the trees, a small, speckled tom at her heels. The two cats entered the camp, Cricketpaw watching curiously. "I'll go fetch Sootpelt," the leader mewed quietly to the tiny cat, who nodded, a mixture of excitement and anxiety in his eyes. "Hi! I'm Cricketpaw!" the apprentice mewed, bounding up to the new cat. "My name's Speckledpaw. Well, now it is. I want to train to be a medicine cat apprentice," he mewed. "I'm a quick learner," he said by way of explanation, "and StarClan itself is what led me here." Cricketpaw's eyes were wide. StarClan had never seemed to communicate with her, and she couldn't help but imagine what it would be like. Sootpelt emerged from his den, surprised to see the young black-and-white tom. "Speckledpaw, it it?" he asked, and the small cat nodded. Sootpelt hesitated. He had never really had an apprentice before, and he wasn't very good with young cats. But if this cat was sent from StarClan, as Robinstar had told him, Sootpelt couldn't deny him. "I'm very happy to have you as my apprentice." Speckledpaw beamed. He followed the furry gray tabby into the den, eager to learn about the different herbs.

After Cherrypaw had awoken from her nap, she lumbered over to Brambletooth. "Can we go training again?" she asked, looking slightly reluctant. Brambletooth bit his lip, casting an anxious glance at the nursery, where Swiftfern would soon be having her kits. He certainly didn't want to miss such a turning point for both him and his clan. "Our brave and powerful deputy is scared," Tanglestep meowed mockingly. Brambletooth stood up at once, his tail lashing."He's afraid that his precious little mate won't be able to take care of herself, and she'll need to be rescued." Brambletooth launched himself at the warrior, but his reckless anger made him clumsy and Tanglestep easily ducked away. "Picking a fight with your own clanmate? And in front of your apprentice, too?" Tanglestep meowed, feigning shock. "I'll take you, Cherrypaw. At least I'll be a better mentor than him." Tanglestep sneered and led Brambletooth's apprentice from camp. Cherrypaw mimicked his expression, padding off by his side. Brambletooth's tail continued to whip back and forth as he paced angrily.

A sharp gasp resonated from within the nursery, and Brambletooth immediately raced to the medicine den. "Sootpelt--Swiftfern's kits!" he gasped. Sootpelt turned immediately to Speckledpaw. "Do you know what raspberry leaves look like?" The young apprentice nodded quickly. "Good. Get some of those. And borage leaves, if you can find them. Bring someone if you think that would help. Quickly! Go!" the medicine cat urged. Speckledpaw immediately bolted from the den. "Cricketpaw! Can you help me with something?" The calico she-cat jumped to her feet immediately and followed her new friend from camp as he breathlessly explained why they were looking for. Sootpelt snatched up a stick that had fallen from one of the many trees and went quickly to the nursery, Brambletooth on his heel. The dark gray tom turned, exasperated, to the deputy. "Brambletooth, can I please have some space to do my job?" Brambletooth knew better than to protest, but he could hardly bare to be separated from Swiftfern. As he paced outside the den, Robinstar approached him slowly. "You seem to have quite a bit of excess energy," she noted, a smile playing at her maw. "Come. Let's go hunting." Brambletooth's jaw practically dropped to the forest floor. "Bluestar, you know I say this with utmost respect, but are you crazy?" The leader didn't seem offended, she simply smiled knowingly. "She still has a bit of time before the kits come, and we won't be out for long. We won't even go far. You'll be able to hear your mate or Sootpelt if one of them calls for you." Brambletooth wanted terribly to argue, but he knew deep down that Robinstar was right. "Let's get this over with, and quickly," he murmured under his breath before begrudgingly padding after Robinstar.

my clan is called obsidianclan. the territory consists of a large mountain in the north. the leader wanted their backs to the mountain, so it would be harder for enemy clans to attack them from that direction. there is a river to the east where the clan goes for water and hunt for waterfowl and fish. to the south, there is a dense forest. the forest is so dense that, even during the day, it appears to be nighttime because the trees block out the sun. finally, there is a west border which is grassy plains. the grass is very tall, and it's easy to conceal yourself from prey and predators.

the cats of this clan are mischievous and sneaky. they do not have much respect for other clans unless they prove to be beneficial to the clan. the members of the clan will always come first. they are willing to fight, but they know when to back off and flee if the threat is too much for them. the clan does not tolerate weaklings, but they would never kick out another clan member because they are a family. they will be looked down on though. if a cat breaks a rule, they are rarely kicked out either. the leader respects their clan mate's strength too much to kick them out. that being said, they are not too strict on their rules. however, if clan cat kills another clan cat, the murderer will be sentenced to die.

at six moons, kits become apprentices. their mentors teach them to fight, hunt, swim, and climb. fighting is the utmost important skill that an apprentice learns. usually, apprentices have scars before they become a warrior. mentors do not go too easy on their apprentices. swimming is also important because of the strong flowing river near their home. if a cat does not know how to swim, they will drown when the river's rapids are strong that day. of course, hunting and climbing are important too. the clan hunts for birds, rodents, rabbits, fish, and waterfowl. the medicine cat apprentice is also taught these things. all medicine cats must know how to defend themselves.

`` All cats old enough to fly with the owls, come to the Owl Rock for a clan meeting! `` Thornstar yowled as the cats started to gather. `` Today we have a new cat that is willing to join `` Thornstar meowed as he looked over to the she-cat. `` Please step up `` Thornstar meowed as the new cat stepped up. `` Do you promise to follow the way of the owl and protect your clan? `` Thornstar asked. `` I do `` She meowed. `` Then by this day forth, you'll be known as Rowanstep! `` Thornstar yowled. `` Rowanstep! Rowanstep! Rowanstep! `` The cats cheered.

` This is all Willowkit's fault ` Crowkit thought with anger. `` Crowkit, someone wants to see you `` Ambertail meowed as she padded to the side. Crowkit turned to see that it was Willowkit. Hate ran in his veins when he saw her. `` Um...hello there Crowkit `` Willowkit begin as she started to pad closer towards her friend. `` Leave me alone you freak! `` Crowkit hissed as he turned away. `` Now Crowkit, try to be nice to Willowkit `` Ambertail meowed softly to her kit. But all Crowkit did was ignored. `` Thanks to you, my apprentice ceremony is now on hold. `` Willowkit's eyes widen in shock. `` Oh come on Crowkit. If I didn't tell Silverbreeze, you would be died `` Willowkit meowed. But that didn't help at all. `` Well if you just came with me into the forest, then I wouldn't have run off and bump into a fox `` Crowkit spat back. Willowkit give a sigh. `` But we are still friends....right? `` She meowed. She hoped that he'll say yes.`` No... `` Crowkit simply meowed.

As soon as Stornberry came into the camp, she Willowkit running out,crying and from within the medicine den, she could hear Ambertail talking to Crowkit. ` What happen now? ` Stormberry thought as she walked past Wolfstrike,who was trying to talk to her. `` Oh, welcome back Stormberry `` Ambertail meowed as soon as she Stormberry. Stormberry dipped her head as she went towards the herb pile and dropped the herbs. `` Where's Dewstream? `` Stormberry asked. `` She went out to go hunting. So did you find the herbs you were looking for? `` The ginger she-cat asked. `` Sadly no, I'm about to out again. Oh and why did I see Willowkit come out, crying? `` Stormberry asked once again. Ambertail sighed as she told what happen. Stormberry nodded. `` Those types of things happen. Well see you later Ambertail `` The medicine cat meowed.

Stormberry went out and started to pad towards the entrance, until some-cat stepped on her tail. She turned around to see Wolfstrike holding it down. `` Listen, if it is about helping me, then no, I don't need your help you mouse-brain `` Stormberry hissed as she tried to get her tail free from the tom. `` OH no, I wanted to ask you something more important `` Wolfstrike meowed. `` Listen, I do not have time to answer your questions right now. In fact, never ask me your questions unless you are wound `` Stormberry spat. Wolfstike ignored her mean spat and licked her on the nose. Stormberry jumped a little at first but then an even meaner gaze came. `` Will you be my mate? `` Wolfstrike asked. `` No! I'm not going to be your mate, you dirty rat. That's is against my code! Now let me go! `` Stormberry hissed as she bit into Wolfstrike's leg. Wolfstrike jumped,making him let go of Stormberry's tail. Stormberry took the chance and ran off into the forest to go look for her herbs.

Rownstep joined Owlclan,Crowkit and Willowkit are no longer friends,Wolfstrike asked Stormberry to be his mate but Stormberry refused,and Stormberry goes Herb Hunting.

Blueshine had never been a fan of kits, really. They always got in the way and never got anything done right. But now, when she looked at Dustpaw and Strikepaw, and how quickly they had grown up, it made her want kits more than she'd ever pictured she could. "Are you okay?" Dapplepelt's voice was soft in her ear, and she jumped lightly. "Oh, yes. Yes, I'm fine," she said, glancing at the apprentices playing around with leaves. "Look what Cloudleap taught me!" she heard Dustpaw meow, before he got down on the ground to demonstrate something to his brother. Dapplepelt tried to make eye contact with his mate, but she refused to look at him. "We shouldn't be seen together this much..." she meowed at last, and turned her back on him before he could respond.

Whitefoot poked her head into the apprentice den. "Mudpaw, the sun's up. Get ready, we'll be going out training," she meowed. The apprentice groaned in response, but got up. Her fur was dirty and messy, so she started lapping at it at once. "Cloudleap and Dustpaw will be joining us, by the way," her mentor added before she ran off again. Mudpaw sighed. "I wish that annoying little kit didn't have to join us," she muttered to her herself, after she had looked around and confirmed she was by herself in the den. "He's as much use as a dead fox."

Whitefoot padded out of the den, greeted by Redstripe. "Good morning," the broad-shouldered cat meowed to her, and she returned the 'good morning' with a wide smile. "Did you sleep well?" she asked, sitting down next to him. "Yes. Yes, I did. And you?" His voice sounded nervous for some reason Whitefoot couldn't quite understand. "I slept very well," she meowed, sitting down next to him.
Blueshine came padding up to the two cats. "Would you mind leading the patrol today, Redstripe?" she meowed, and Whitefoot noticed pride in his eyes. He hadn't stayed in the clan for very long, and this was a big step for him. "Yes, of course I will." "Good. You can bring Whitefoot and Mousestar. I'll come too," the deputy smiled, and exchanged a glance with Whitefoot. She, too, had seen how good Redstripe had felt about leading a patrol.

Dustkit and Mudkit appeared to have taken an interest in herbs, although it wasn't very healthy for them. ''Mudkit, do not eat those bindweed!'' Russetpaw yowled, pushing the kitten away from a bundle of sticky plants, and shoving Dustkit away from some deadly nightshade. Why hadn't she thrown away those berries?! Russetpaw thought angrily. Mudkit turned to face Russetpaw, feeling a bit crestfallen. ''I'm sorry.'' he muttered, still miffed he couldn't just eat whatever he wanted. Dustkit on the other hand, was trembling in anticipation, his mind whirring ceaselessly. Huffing, the kitten darted off, thankfully not towards any of the other herbs, but out of the den. Sighing in relief as Mudkit trailed after Dustkit, and the den was left in silence once more. Russetpaw couldn't help but feel angry towards Addertooth for not keeping a better eye on them! They'd surely cause some trouble, Russetpaw thought, watching her mentor padding into the den, clearly wondering what had happened. ''Kittens.'' Russetpaw sighed, turning to the messy bundles of herbs. ''Kittens.''

Cloudbelly padded into the nursery, his ears perked. "Hey, Tum. Hey, Smudge and Orange! What's up?" The white tom grinned at the two kits, who bounced around his paws in excitement. "Play with us, Play with us!" They chanted. Tumblenight chuckled a bit at her two daughters, nudging them back towards her with her tail. "Kits, do you want to tell Cloudie what you asked me earlier?" She purred, glancing at Cloudbelly playfully. Smudgekit looked at her mother with wide eyes before staring back at Cloudbelly. "Well, we wanted to know if you were our daddy?" "Yeah! Because Marblefur is always visiting Ava, Asce, and Bliss, and he's their daddy! And you're the tom that visits us the most." Cloudbelly's ears reddened at their words. "Well, um. I'm not your real father; he went away. But.. I could be.. if your mother wanted?" He smiled at Tumblenight, who closed her eyes and purred. "Yes, I would."

Ravencoat lashed his tail, pacing in front of the warriors den. Doveheart stood in front of him, a stern expression on her face. "Ravencoat, it's her kit, she can name him what she likes! You can't control her." You can't control anything anymore. The black tom had been increasingly irritable since his demotion. He paused, his nose pointing to the dirt. Ravencoat jerked his head at an angle to face his mate. There was something.. off.. in his gaze. As if an old would had suddenly been torn open and no amount of herbs could fix it. "No! Anything but that! Out of all the names, she had to choose that one?!" His claws raked across the ground, and Ravencoat's voice wavered. "He even acts like her, Doveheart. It's by some miracle that he didn't inherit her strange pelt!" The grey shecat's gazed softened, and she lay her tailtip on his shoulder. When Doveheart had first become mates with Ravencoat, he had lost it when she had brought a squirrel with wirey hair back to camp. Later on, he had told her about her. Her name was Ruff, and she was the complete opposite of her dark-furred mate. Optimistic, happy, friendly... and abandoned. Ravencoat had adopted her as a sister, and she was the first cat that helped him recover from the death of his real sister. And then an eagle had attacked the pair, killing Ruff and leaving Ravencoat with the scars on his muzzle and shoulder. She sighed. "Ravencoat... I know this hurts. But you'll have to learn to live with him." He responded with an ill-tempered growl. Hawthorneclaw trotted over to his parent, his eyes bright. "Hiya mom, dad. Heard that Mist's kitting went well, a healthy tom. What did she name him?" Ravencoat straightened his posture and looked his son in the eye. "Eaglekit."

Rabbitwish looked at Witheredkit and Pidgeonkit. They're mine. I have to bring them back. But they're mine. You don't know that. Ask them. "Umm... kits..? Who's your mother?" Witheredkit fixed him with a stare. My mother is Sunnyflower." She mewed, and Pidgeonkit shouldered her. "Hey, she's my mom too! And Stagstep is our dad." Rabbitwish's heart twisted again. See? They are yours. "But I don't look like Stagstep very much!" Witheredkit grinned. Rabbitwish shook his head. "No, you look more like my sister, Stripeclaw. She's the annoyed looking shecat who keeps coming in and demanding that we fix Ravenpaw with our 'Starclan powers.'" Pidgeonkit looked up. "Starclan powers? You have those?" Dawnglow looked at the kits, then back to Rabbitwish. She coughed to get their attention. "I'm going herb gathering." "Alright, I'll come with you." Rabbitwish stood up. "No, you need to take the kits back to Echoclan. I'm sure their parents are worried enough without you fretting over them." Witheredkit leaped up as well. "No! He can go with you, and Pidgeonkit and I will walk back to Echoclan ourselves!" Smoothpaw blinked. "But what if there's a fox?" "We would kill it, duh!" "But what if there's three foxes?" She continued. "We'd kill them too!" Rabbitwish sighed. "But what if there's a fox that can only be defeated with starclan powers?" He tilted his head, making the kits giggle. After a bit more banter, Pidgeonkit and Witheredkit finally agreed to let the medicine cat tom accompany them back to their home, and it was decided that Smoothpaw would go herb gathering with Dawnglow.

"The new deputy of Witherclan will be Stormwind." Fadedstar's mew echoed across the clearing. Chanting and cheers arose from the clan cats, but the white tom couldn't help but chuckle as he heard his daughter murmur 'darn, i hoped it would be me' to Woodpelt and Jackaldust. Ravencoat sat towards the back, a glower fixed on his face. Fadedstar raised his tail for silence, then continued. "I and Stormwind will now travel to the Moonpool for approval of his position. Thank you. We leave at once." He leaped down from the Highstump, looking at his new deputy. They nodded to each other, and set out at once. While they were walking, the leader looked to his deputy. "I believe I made a wise choice in you, Stormwind. May I ask you a question?" The bracken-colored tom blinked. "Of course, Fadedbr- Fadedstar. Anything." The new leader looked up to the stars. "Every time we visit moonpool, we ask starclan to send us a new member. We are allowed to request a specific rank as well. In your opinion, what do we need most right now?" They walked in silence as Stormwind thought this over. "Well.. we have so many cats, that we're overflowing. I think that a queen or a kit wouldn't be the best decision. Nor an apprentice. A warrior.. maybe. But we don't need challengers right now, what with the leadership shift. In my opinion, what we need now is sage advice from an elder." Fadedstar 'hmm'ed, then nodded his approval. "I see I was correct in my choice of deputy. One day, you will make a wise leader. But not for a while." There was a mischievous twinkle in Fadedstar's eyes. Even though he had gone through so much, he still hadn't lost his sense of humor.

[Hello all! So, I couldn't resist. This so far is a fun game. So I decided to come over from AS to make another clan on here. For those who don't know me, I'm night fury over there. c;]

My clan's name is Cedarclan. Their territory mainly consists of thick forest upon which contains a vast amount of cedar trees and pine trees. However, other than the trees, there's not that much vegetation on the forest's floor, aside from fallen pine nettles and perhaps a few shrubs and bushes. Otherwise, the forest floor is quite bare. Cedarclan cats usually have lithe bodies and long legs. They're swift runners and hares are one of the primary prey they hunt along with smaller creatures such as mice, shrews, voles, and songbirds. During newleaf, the air is cool and comfortable. The scent of pine is fresh and pleasant. Greenleaf is dry and hot. Oftentimes if there's a chance of drought if there's days upon days without rain which may run the risk of starting a forest fire. Leaf-fall is usually when most of their rainy days come from. The weather is still warm, but growing cooler. Likely causing more storms. Their leaf-bares can either be mild or fairly cold. It really depends. Sometimes it can be both in one season.

Boundary wise, Cedarclan has a thunderpath far up North of their territory. It's crawling with monsters and no apprentices are allowed to cross without supervision of their mentors. To the South, they have a small creek flowing at the edge of their territory. Most of the time it will be flowing with water, but more than once it has dried up during particularly hot greenleafs. Towards their Eastern border lies a large field. Kits are warned to never go there due to the fact that hawks often circle the area and could easily pick off a small kit. And lastly to the West, a rocky terrain lies beyond their border, eventually fading up to a mountain side if one decides to travel further on to the land. Cedarclan can't see the mountain side from their border, however.

The cats of Cedarclan are quick thinkers and problem solvers. They're quite suspicious of outsiders and really do like keeping to themselves if possible. They're prideful when it comes to asking for another clan's help, and often will try to figure out an issue on their own, even if it takes moons, without speaking out for help. They can be a bit rash at times and jump to conclusions, however, they still understand the need for peace. Usually they can keep their tempers in checked if they're not provoked.
