oh, for anyone who is curious, here's a v short thing of lachlan baby's backstory.

so when lachlan was only a moon old, his father was taken by the same twolegs that took the clan (but it was an earlier part of the operation before the clan was taken in) so it may actually be likely that his dad is in the sanctuary (but lachlan doesn't recognize him nor does his dad rip). lachlan's mom managed, but several moons later she became severely ill and prompted lachlan and her two other kits to leave the nest. lachlan was very hesitant to leave, but his mom essentially forced him out. bb basically survived off of stealth and caution (he's a small cat yo) and had a bunch of experiences that left him pretty anxious. oh, and of course, he got his lowkey little interest in herbs after he heard that they could possibly hold healing properties (thinking it could be useful, even tho he currently sucks at it and doesn't know anything.)

okay so maybe I was up until 3 am pst playing feralheart even though i have volunteering at a museum today ft. a lot of crazy kids.

and ty bb! I really want him to develop into a cat that's super independent and doesn't take anyone's garbage. as in, he gets over his nerves by living with the clan.
