A family adopted her and her mate while knowing they were wolves. When she had her puppies the people labeled them as huskies so they can be adopted. Her mate lashed out at a child who went to pet North's fluffy coat and got the kid hospitalized. The owner of the wolves took North's mate and shot him while chained up. North was there to watch and ran for her life and later ran into an old scent of one of her pups, Alfie and decided to track him down to find him.
