what is your kalons' favourite texture?
Adrastea - all kinds of soft, silky fabrics!
Kharon - smooth surfaces, for example small stones

for all kalons; coffee, tea, or neither? how do you have it?
Adrastea - tea please! Any kind of tea will do, but her favourite is white tea. Not too much sugar.
Kharon - preferably neither. A cup of tea is good occasionally, but he's not a fan of hot drinks.

your kalons' least favourite colour?
Adrastea - a very bright blue
Kharon - yellow

what's your kalons' biggest pet peeve?
Adrastea - customers who try to haggle in her shop
Kharon - littering!

what sleeping position do your kalon(s) usually find themself(ves) in?
Adrastea - she sleeps like a starfish, taking the whole bed.
Kharon - he's usually sleeping on his back.

how fast is your kalons' speech? (when talking normally)?
Adrastea - pretty average, but when she gets excited she talks very fast!
Kharon - he has a very calm and collected way of speaking. A bit on the slow side but easy to understand.

is/are your kalon(s) old-fashioned or up-to-date with trend?
Adrastea - she's very particular about her fashion, and most of her clothes are a bit old-fashioned.
Kharon - very up-to-date with current trends! He likes dressing up and trying out new styles.

Girl of the Wolves -- oooh wow, I love your style!! The warm lighting up top is so nice, and I'm super into those fuzzy ears and stylized paws. Keep making great stuff!

Takura -- good luck findin' mates, friend!! that blue color palette and long hair got me shook tbh

Chocolate -- Love that orphan you're tryin' out for! Also, Harper is a dream, constellation-based designs are always so calming to me. Also congrats on the kits, Song has an amazing color palette, I've been admiring them since I saw this batch in the nursery.

I wanted to introduce my new Kalon, Asha! They are agender, and they run a fishery for a living. They have a boathouse on a large lake near the village that my other Kalons live in.



Also, I got my first batch of kits recently! The left is named Branwen, and she's feisty and loud and has a contagious laugh. The right is Celyn, he is introspective and peaceful and daydreams his days away. I think I'm going to have Branwen become a mercenary and Celyn a healer, and they travel together! All my Kalons live in a medieval time period, so I'm super excited about a worldmap being made, thanks benjeep!!

Desmond is known to be very serious and doesn't seem to show a sense of humor. He is very diligent and strives for the best in everything he does. His dedication seems to never waver and that goes for his friends as well. Though he may always keep that intimidating and bored gaze upon his face, he is easy to befriend and cares deeply for his friends. This is seen in gestures such as him protecting them from harms way.

At times he may misunderstand others and overthink things. This phase never lasts for long as he seems to understand fairly quickly. He is a very smart kalon who works hard to improve and sharpen his skills, but he never forgets the ones around him. Considering he seems intimidating at times, others may avoid him, but really hes a big sweetheart.

Also, I wanted to answer some of these question, even though some are from way back! (I had this saved as a draft for a few days.)
I have 23 kals, so I'm just gonna pick and choose which I use for each question.

What is your process when creating a Kalon's bio?

I usually have a character concept in mind before I try out for a design, or breed a pair. I try and connect designs to the things I already have in mind!
And the concepts usually just come to me lol
When/if your Kalon have kits, do you ever base them off their parents?

Usually I take something from the parents, but they're their own character! But if the parents raised them in their backstory, they will have obviously picked up things from their upbringing!
if you could breed any two/three kalons together, who would they be?

I'm in love with Mikoto, and I would probably breed them with one of my own, like Tea or Quinn.
what's your favorite nursery batch?

Anything by Tigressa!
if you had an unlimited legendary and below, what would you do with it? what dream kal would you make?

Someday!! I'm planning a mutant Reaper kal, to go with my Hanzo and Jesse.
what kind of youtubers does your kalon(s) watch?

I don't watch YouTubers, so I wouldn't know lol
does your kalon(s) have a middle name? if so, what is it?

Some of them do! Mischa Fae Vance, Aphelion Patricius Legrand, and Wren Nevada Molan.
There are others written down somewhere but that's just what I remember off the top of my head lol
who is your favorite artist? (i like them all tbh)

I'm super fond of Petcharat's designs, and Pallis'!
Of course Tig's as well!
if you could steal anyone in the kalon community's art skills/style, who would it be?

No one's, I've spent a long time developing my own style, and I'm quite partial to it <3
what kind of phone does your kalon have? iphone, android, etc?

The one that's on his phone most is Aphelion, and he uses only iphones!
what music is your kalons taste in music?

• Phee listens to a lot of classical, and instrumental music. He likes something with a good beat, where he doesn't have to concentrate on lyrics.
  
• Aphelion likes folk and bluegrass. If he can sing along, the more he likes it! Sara Watkins is a favorite, as well as the Freelance Whales.
• Lulu likes anything he can dance too, and enjoys drum and bass, and music with a catchy beat. He's been known to get songs stuck in his head a lot, especially if they're extra annoying, and he'll hum them without realizing and drive his brother crazy.
• Farah likes upbeat music that she can work out with, and anything Ion makes her listen to.
For all kalons; coffee, tea, or neither? How do you have it?

• Tea drinkers;; Mischa, Arthur, Finn, Tea (ha!), Dell, Malachi, Wren, Silas, & Gannet
• Coffee drinkers;; Graham, Phoenix, Auguste, Dio, Quinn, Alice, Lulu, & Cato
• Both;; Ion, Farah, Orpheus, & Bastion
  I prefer both! Coffee in the morning with a little sugar and a lot of cream. Tea later in the day to relax, usually orange pekoe or chamomile with lemon before bed.
what's your kalons' biggest pet peeve?

• Ion's is when people leaving him hanging in the middle of a conversation.
• Arthur's is people who dog ear book pages.
• Graham's is people go grab his instruments without permission.
Is/are your kalon(s) old-fashioned or up-to-date with trends?

• Arthur knows nothing about anything. What is a computer? Books are the future.
• Ion tries to keep up, but he's pretty ignorant about a lot of stuff. He doesn't know much about pop culture, except for the things he's personally a fan of. Bless him. Don't talk to him about memes, he'll be really confused.
• Malachi doesn't even know what a computer is. A cell phone? Forget about it. How about you buy this enchanted necklace instead? Made from a wizard's eye, it can show you the future, I promise.
• Farah is on her phone a lot of the time, but what she's doing on there is a mystery. I'll give you a hint, she's playing Feedog. Those little puppies are just so cute?? She has various social media, but doesn't update much. Her Snapchat is all pictures of animals from work.
• Phee is usually available if you send him a text message. He's constantly out and about meeting up with people. Or he'll just ignore your texts for days and then change the subject to something completely random. There's no in between. He doesn't quite get twitter, but he has one. His tweets are hit or miss for humor.
• Tea is pretty old fashioned with a modern twist. He prefers to be in nature, or chilling with ghosts. That's not weird at all. But he knows everything to know about fashion. And that outfit, sweetheart? It's not working for you.

so this is my first post on the fanclub! i'm looking for a little help. about a month ago i purchased an uncommon kalon myo, drew the edits right away, but i've been having a little trouble designing the rest of this kalon. if you'd be interested in helping me out with it'd be great if you'd pm me. thanks!
